Included within this Eddy Current Probe Catalog you will
find the following sections:
The Centurion NDT Series of Mid-Frequency Pencil
Probes can be used satisfactorily with the entire line of
Centurion NDT Eddy Current Testers, and will also work
with most general purpose instruments. These probes
are available in a variety of lengths and shapes, and are
shielded to offer excellent edge effect characteristics
and good resolution.
The Centurion NDT Series of High-Frequency Pencil
Probes offers the ability to successfully perform specialized Eddy Current Testing. These probes will operate
with the ED-1100 or ED-810, as well as most general
purpose eddy current instruments at frequencies for 500
KHz to 6 MHz. Additionally, these probes are shielded
to offer excellent edge effect characteristics.
The Manual Bolt Hole Series of Eddy Current Probes
are offered for testing over a wide frequency range.
Both the Mid-Frequency and High-Frequency Bole Hole
Probes are available in a shielded configuration for excellent resolution and sensitivity.

The Automated Bolt Hole Probes are designed for use

with the HT-100 Automated Bolt Hole Scanning Instrument
and the HS-50 Hand Held Scanner. Use of these probes
with the HT-100 or HS-50 allows for high speed scanning
of fastener holes. The Automated Scanner probes are
widely used in aircraft maintenance and overhaul
inspections.
Eddy Current has become a very efficient means of inspecting aircraft wheel. Centurion NDT provides one of
the most complete lines of Aircraft Wheel Bead Seat
Probes available. These are molded differential probes
designed for use with the Centurion NDT ED-1100,
ED-810, or most general purpose Eddy Current
Instruments. Wheel Probes not listed in this catalog are
available upon request. Molded bead seat absolute probe
holders are available for all aircraft wheels for use with the
ED-530 and ED-520 series or similar instruments.
Centurion NDT also offers a complete line of Eddy Current
encircling coils suitable for rapid inspection of parts or
material. Diameter sizes not shown are available upon
request.
The remaining portion of this catalog lists a variety of our
special probe designs, along with a complete selection of
other Eddy Current accessories such as cables, adapters
and test blocks.
