Objective: ensure objective is specific, measureable, actionoriented and realistic and timely achieved or not with interview,
questionnaires techniques:
To judge the performance of our objective either our goal is specific,
measureable, action-oriented and realistic and timely achieved or not, we
have to check it objectively so that we are able to reached at a specific
conclusion. In order to check our goal objectively, we have decided to use
the open end questionnaires, close-end questionnaires and individual
interviews from both teacher and students as well as use of Likert-scale.
The consolidated results of questionnaires, interviews and Likert scale was
entered in to performance chart (see table -1). was compiled. Further, it
is analyzed that more than 17 questions responded that wall clock has
make a positive effect during learning process. Now, they do not have to
use their mobile phones to see the time while listening the lecture. The
instructor respond that the wall clock makes them easy for lecture
scheduling. Moreover, 22 students have claimed that installation of
printer having support of photocopy as well as scanner facility has made
us very comfortable and save the hassle of printing. Now, we do not have
to rush towards canteens as well as lab for printing. Similarly, 16-24
students, praised the installation of big screen along with small monitors.
They stated that now the learning, interaction and better understanding is
in our prime access due to installation of these screen. Now, instructor is
very comfortable to guide and deliver the lecture. Overall, 40% student

extraordinary performance. Hence, overall we received unexpected and

extraordinary result from classroom development project.
Item-wise budget with estimation of duration:
As per plan, a new Digital LCD Desk Top Temperature Alarm Clock wall
clock will be placed which almost costed $12 and almost shipment time in
USA will be 4 days, the HP LaserJet Enterprise M604n was selected for
class room. The cost of this printer was $594 and tis printed will be

purchased from the official website of the HP having expected time of
delivery almost 3 days with U.S shipment. The purpose of this heavy
printer is to save cost and time. As we know, the use of the printer is
extensive. Keeping in mind the better quality display at large scale we
have planned to choose Tripod Stage Series Portable Multi Aspect Ratio
Projection Screen. This screen has comparatively little a bit high price but
having good aspect ratio and better visibility to focus the class room
lectures and projections. As, there are This screen bears the cost of $960
and takes almost days in shipment due sensitive nature as w student in
the class room a keeping in the mind the student ratio 2:1 monitors were
purchased to reduce the difficulties in following the big screen and others
cant see what is displayed in the screens. It will take 3 days in shipments
and installation. Finally, the next step is to install the all products which
will also take 3 days. All these thing will take almost 7 days if the task
starts parallel and the total cost will be incurred $3,069. As all the
products has 100% probability of availability except Big screen which is
outside the U.S region. Hence, Overall project confidence level is 95%.
