100% visual inspection, 30% testing of submain/final circuits of Unit no. 3, 1st and 2nd floors.

Limitation of full insulation resistance tests to lighting circuits due to control gear etc. being connected. Limitation of testing main supply as the whole supply was unable to be switch off.

specifically agreed between the client and inspector prior to the inspection.
