Global Warming
Global warming is a phenomenon of a gas trapping. It also known as a greenhouse gases which
is a group of gases that including carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs)
methane, and nitrogen oxides. This gases are trapped and block from escaping into space. The
group of gasses allows an extreme sun pass through but prevents rerelease of radiation into
atmosphere of the earth. The more the heat trapped by a layer of gas, so it will increase in global
temperatures. Regard, this global warming will cause the climate to change.
Many factors that leads to global warming. One of that are, Industrial activities. This activity is
the main cause of global warming. Burning fossil fuels such as gas and coal to drive the
machinery have been spending a lot of greenhouse gasses, especially carbon dioxide gas. The
more carbon are produce, the more heat is trapped by a layer of gas and then increase the global
temperatures. Other than that, transportation also contribute to this global warming. Todays,
transportation become importance for human to facilitate from one point to another point. The
vehicles use oil as the primary fuels to propel the vehicle engine and it liberate much carbon
dioxide and carbon monoxide gas. Besides that, forest burning activities massively and
widespread to clear forest land for agricultural activities, settlements has also contribute to global
warming. This activity have caused the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide are imbalanced.
There are several measures that could be implemented to address the phenomenon of the global
warming which is by carry out awareness campaign widely. These measures will be success with
the involvement of two parties which are government and individuals. These campaign should be
intensified by government, so that more people are exposed to the latest information and aware
on their own roles. Mass media also should be courage by government sector and more sensitive
to such parties and responsible to convey information about the importance of environmental
care either through electronic or printed media such example on campaign on environmental
issues, and earth hour campaign that was held in world wide.
Another measurable aspect to prevent global warming in term of industrial activities is by using
electrostatic exile technique. This tool use electrostatic power to alienate airborne particles. For
example, if some object been charged, it has a power to attract electrostatic and contaminant.

Electrostatic exile use this principle to attract small particles from the air such an example if the
chimney refinery are being charged , there are a smoke that contains with a tiny particles, so it
will be attracted by this power and attached at the edge of chimney. So the particles are not free
to the air.
Furthermore, in term of transportation problem, the measurable aspect to encounter the global
warming problem is throughout the increasing research on electric vehicle. Government should
encouraged and expand more on electric vehicle research to prevent this problem. Every
transportation or vehicle use fossil fuel to propel the vehicle. Internal combustion engine free
carbon monoxide and water when burning up the fuel. Throughout the use of electric vehicle,
level of transportation that use a fossil fuel can be reduce.
In conclusion, global warming will continue to happen. The nonchalant attitude of society which
being irresponsible towards the earth will let this problem become more worsening and difficult
to resolve. Government and individual to keep hand in hand to prevent this matter and to ensure
the earth save for our next generation.
