This is a business deed between two parties, under the contract, first party will provide an
amount of TK, 1, 00,000/= (One hundred thousand taka) to second party for business
purpose by preserve the subsequent terms and condition:
1. First party will provide the amount only for the shoes business which will be operated by
the second party, not for any other purpose.
2. After conclusion of business, second party will pay to first party a percentage of profit,
which will be decided later by the both party.
3. After Eid ul Fitor, first party can command to return back the money within 15 days
notice period.
4. As security guarenty, Second party will issue a cheque of Tk.1, 00,000/= to first party of
upcoming dated.
5. Any kind of arbitration of the contract will follow the law of Bangladesh government.
