Nijay Gupta Principal Consultant

Mr. Nijay Gupta is our Principal Consultant and plays the role of chief mentor at Finrex. He has a
rich experience of 40 years in Banking and Treasury functions. He is an adept advisor for banks and
corporates looking to establish their Treasury, Forex and International Trade Finance functions.
He was the Head of Treasury for Forex/Money Markets at the Antwerp Diamond Bank, Bank
Muscat SAOG, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. He was responsible for setting up the Money Transfer
Company at Dubai and was on the advisory board for setting up the Islamic Bank in East Africa. He
has also e ectively imparted relevant training at Banks, FIEO, IMC, WIRC of ICMA, ICAI, etc.

HIMESH SHAH Director

Our Director, Mr. Himesh Shah is pro cient in analysing the global nancial and currency markets.
He is well-versed with deploying fundamental views along with technicalities of various
currencies and possesses an excellent know-how of treasury and risk management.
Mr. Shah has worked with ICICI Bank as a FX Dealer. He was also employed with a leading currency
and global market player where he was responsible for evaluating hedging strategies for
Forward, Options and Swap markets.
He has acquired the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certi cate from GARP institute (USA) which is
the globally recognized benchmark for nancial risk managers. Besides this, he holds a Post
Graduate Diploma in Finance. He also holds a Diploma in Foreign Exchange and Risk
Management from WTC.

CHINTAN MASTER Director

Chintan Master is an expert in nancial, risk management and forex consultancy. At Finrex, he is
passionate about delighting the customer. With a keen eye on detail, he appropriately guides
clients with hedging strategies based on business operations like trade cycle, working capital
management, product margins, etc. He strongly believes in adding value right from the hedging
process to bank negotiations and ensures excellent results for clients.
His work experience involves Strategy Consulting for clients in the BFSI industry. He was an
integral part of a consulting rm, Global Knowledge Research Centre. He was also employed with
a leading Forex consultant for advising corporate on forex risk management.
Before completing his Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University, he has attained PG
Diploma in Financial Management from NMIMS. Prior to this, he has also been certi ed with a
Diploma in International Markets.
