Which of the three formats would you advise to be used and why:
For me, MAREP Format is the best format to make communication. Because
this format make communication between Ship and VTS more safety, efficient
and simple.
Moreover, if there is a law that mention all communication between Ship and
VTS should use MAREP Format, it can make all VTS officers and Captains
have the excellent Maritime English which also can reduce miss
