Introduction

Glenn: I am the Usher and I ensure that all witnesses have answered their summons. Ill fetch
witnesses in when theyre called and administer the oath or affirmation. When the witnesses are
giving evidence Ill pass exhibits around the court. I can even fetch a glass of water for someone
if they are thirsty. Youll hear me say all rise.
Angela: I am the judge and my job is to make certain fact presented and Im also here to protect
you when you are in the witness stand by making rulings on the types of questioning aloud.
Angelu: Im the Prosecuting Solicitor and I present the prosecution case. There are 3 things that I
must prove to the satisfaction of the court; firstly that an offence has being committed, secondly
that the defendant has committed the offence, and lastly that all the evidence has been gathered
in accordance with the correct evidence gathering procedures. If Ill fail to do any of those things
then the defendant is entitled to an acquittal. I will ask question of prosecution witnesses to
enable them to give evidence. I cannot ask leading questions or suggest answers. Obviously I can
only present evidence that has been gathered fairly. If there is a case to answer, and the defence
call witnesses, then I can cross examine those witnesses. Remember that prosecutors are only as
good as the evidence they are given.
Jomel: I am the Defence Solicitor and it is my role to protect the interests of my client. I can
challenge evidence that has not been gathered fairly in accordance with the Police and Criminal
Evidence ACT 1984 and have that evidence excluded, if so required. If you have been fair,
through, exercised your powers correctly and can account adequately for all your actions then
there should be little for me to challenge. Remember, its not for the defence to win the case, but
for the prosecution to lose it.
START--(Overlapping of Voice between Angelu and Jomel)
Jomel: No she is guilty and there are lots of proof to that shes not really at her house during that
time because she is already carrying a plan all along to kill Him that she already planned because
he keep on forcing her a free service of pleasure. She stabs her 10 times because she cant control
her strong emotion of hatred. She acts innocent but shes not because I have the evidence that she
is in his house during that time!
Angelu: She is guilty because her actions are very suspicious and she is not even good enough to
be prove innocence as she is obsessed with him and she wanted to have him by her own means
so she decided to kill him so no one will be able to take him away from her because she is so
afraid to lose him and it really hurts her to see him carrying along with the other woman whom
he choose instead of her!
Angela: (bam) SILENCE BOTH SIDE BE SILENCE
Jomel: Your honor I believed that my client is not guilty beyond accusation. According to her she
is not home when the crime happened. She is in the bookstore to buy a book as a surprise gift for
his birthday and according to her it is also there anniversary during that time. And we
Angela: Do you have the evidence to prove that Mr. Clinton?

Jomel: I was about to say that youre Honor and yes we have the evidence here as a proof that
she is not capable to do such a crime. As you can see we have here the book and its obviously
new but the most important evidence here is this. Your honor the receipt shows that she really is
not there during that time at around 4:30 PM which is very impossible for someone to create a
crime at the exact time that she is in the bookstore.
Angelu: Youre Honor I believed that Ms. Hailey is a trickster according to my investigation she
is smart one and capable enough to create such a perfect crime. That book and the receipt is not
enough to prove her innocence. Who knows that maybe she has a companion to disguise as her
which is obviously her twin sister who buys the book while she kills her boyfriend at exactly the
same time.
Princess: (Stand) you dont have the right to say that! I love Him so much I can never do such
a thing! I and my sister can never do such a thing (Sob)
Angela: Ms. Hailey please sits down.
Angelu: But you cant deny the fact that your relationship with Him is not working at all!
According to my observation you two are always having a fight and youve caught him cheating
with Ms. Sidney for a couple of times but you choose to remain silent! You keep on accepting his
apology that no wonder you reach your limit and kill him! You never accepted the break up
because you are so obsess with Him!
Jomel: Youre Honor I
Angelu: And you Mr. Clinton dont have enough evidence that the receipt is not fake. How can
you prove that she is in the bookstore when the sales clerk cant even remember her presence that
time despite the fact that she is always at that store as a regular customer and do you even have
the surveillance footage to prove all that?!.

Angela: Mr. Clinton We are waiting Answer Him do you have the surveillance footage?
Jomel: Unfortunately the stores surveillance camera during that time is not working due to some
unknown cause.
But we have evidence that Ms. Haileys twin sister is innocence
Angela: Where is she?
Jomel: Unfortunately she cant testify to support us because she is in a coma on the hospital. She
Jump at the top of their building for some unknown reason.
Angelu: Perhaps her conscience cant take it anymore which is why she commits suicide.
Jomel: All your Calculation is wrong Ms. Agatha. Ms. Alice are the most suspicious one and she
is the mistress of Mr. Somers while having a relationship with Ms. Hailey her legal girlfriend!
I investigated her and she is a prostitute who will do anything for money which is why she killed
him because he is broke and he cant offer her a huge amount of money that would please her!

Angelu: I
Jomel: I dont need the surveillance camera or the clerks opinion as I have 2 witnesses that will
testify for us and prove that she and her sister are not guilty for such a crime. Ms. Hailey is at the
bookstore and the receipt is not a fake but a real one! While Ms. Hannah her twin sister is with
her friend Kate around 1 pm who is apparently walking at the park while enjoying the beautiful
scenery Your honor may I call the witnesses?
Angela: Proceed
Glenn: (pick them up)
Angela: What is your name?
Shaira: I Kate your honor I am Hannahs friend.
Angela: Tell us what you know Ms. Kate.
Jomel: Unfortunately the other witness cant make it here for some unknown reason. Please
excuse me for a bit you honor, proceed now.
Shaira: It was a good windy day that I decided to invite her to have a stroll around the park that
Saturday. I just got the idea because she seems a bit down lately. We meet at around 1 pm. We
talk a lot about random stuff she smiles but only for a bit. Then someone called her and its her
sister Hailey shes laughing I can hear it.
Angelu: Did she tell you why shes acting like that?
Shaira: No
Angelu: As far as I know you two are best friends right? Then why didnt she tell you?
Shaira: I I really dont know...
Angelu: What did Ms. Hailey tell Ms. Hannah?
Shaira: I didnt hear anything except her weird laugh while she sobs.
Angelu: Do you have the evidence that you 2 are really at the park?
Jomel: Yes she has. Your honor as you can see aside from that text conversation we also have the
cctv footage at park. (Play Video)
Angelu: Its been 1 in a half hour why she is still hasnt return at that time?
Shaira: She went on the comfort room she said that her stomach is not feeling well.

Angelu: Your honor her testimony is suspicious. First is the weird behavior of Ms. Hannah
second the reason why Hannah didnt say anything to her after the call and third is why is she
gone for more than 1 in a half hour and when she gets back She looks so happy despite the fact
that she had that opposite aura earlier as shown in the footage.
Jomel: But from what I see no suspicious at all but a fact and a clear evidence that she and her
sister are not with each other that time and besides the bookstore is way too far from where the
crime scene happened! While you Ms. Agatha dont have enough evidence to prove all the things
that you have said while I have all the evidences...
Angelu: Well lets see about that but before that it seems that its time for my client to give her
testimony.
Angela: Ms. Alice Proceed
Jomel: So tell me Ms. Alice youre the last person that he had a conversation with right? And
according to the text you 2 are going to meet up that time so how can you prove that youre
innocent despite that fact.
Kim: I swear I was at my house during that time I got sabotage as I see my phone that had been
missing for a week during that time on the crime scene Im surprise myself to see his invitation
and a reply coming from me until he suddenly move and touch my foot. I try to help him to but I
cant Im shock to see 10 deep stab on his body. I remove the knife without thinking what it
might cause me as I left a fingerprint of mine on the knife. He was about to speak but its too
late he reached hes limit.
Jomel: But do you have the evidence to prove all that?!
Kim: No but thats the truth
Jomel: Thats exactly the point you dont have any evidence for us to believe your make up
story! And isnt it suspicious that you are at his house at the exact time that he planned to meet
up with you without you knowing it that you two have a date that time as for what you know you
are only there to visit him. Is that it? What is that a coincidence?!
Kim: No! Someone send me a letter and I have the evidence to prove that Wait I swear I have
that paper with me. Believe me it says that like a riddle... Its... ETERNAL SLEEP FOR
YOUR BELOVED
Jomel: FOOLISHNESS! Thats what it is all along you dont have any evidence at all that will
support you to prove that you are not guilty because no matter how much you try to hide and
deny it you cant escape the fact that you are the real culprit!
Angela: (bam) thats enough Mr. Clinton
Jomel: Your Honor my client wanted to speak up for herself.

Angela: Ok Ms. Hailey proceed

Angelu: So Ms. Hailey lets see how you will defend yourself.
Princess: Im so happy that time its our anniversary so I bought him a book so I call my sister to
express how happy I am because were really close with each other. But all of that didnt turn up
well. I also received a letter from someone with that same content and the first thing that comes
to my mind is him so I call the police and when I arrived at his house I see it with my own two
eyes. She holds the knife on his body and the police saw it too. She is the real murderer! She kills
my boyfriend that savage flirt! Ill never forgive her!
Angelu: I had heard enough lie coming from you Ms. Trickster. Ill your honor I would like to
call our witness as well.
Glenn: (pick her up)
Princess/ Jomel: (STAND UP AND BOTH ARE SHOCK)
Angelu: The one who havent been able to testify on your side earlier. She is supposed to be that
other witness right?
Princess: Mom? Why?
Maycee: I came here not to defend her side either my daughters side. Im here to speak for the
truth for both of my daughters sakeSaturday 4:30 when hes body are found with a knife on
her hand is all part of a plan. My daughter Hailey didnt want to break up not because shes
obsess with Him its because she is pregnant without me knowing that or at least notice it a bit.
She didnt want her future child to grow up without a father just like her despite the fact that he
wants her to abort the child. Hannah despise him more because of that as she loves her sister so
much that she cant take it. To see her sister crying all the time made her plan such a crime.
Without knowing the real reason why Hailey still agreed to do as she requested. They both wear
the same attire and at 1pm she meets up with Kate who doesnt have any idea that she is not with
Hannah at all but with Hailey instead. Hannah at the same time proceeds with her plan and calls
her sister with a glorious laugh and tells her everything. As Hannah switch side to be with Kate
at the same time Hailey arrive at the crime scene After a long moment of being frozen in
shock she was about to step forward towards him but Alice came along and so she drawback .
The one who is in the bookstore during that time is Hannah she bought the book as a decoy to
protect her sister from being asked where she was but she failed as she still got involved in this
mess.
Angelu: Your plan is almost brilliant Ms. Hailey or should I say Ms. Hannah instead because the
real Ms. Hailey is in the hospital right now lying there in a coma. Here is Haileys diary your
honor all the answers and clues are exposed that led me to discover all of this
Angela: Is it all true Ms. Hannah? Ms. Hannah Ill ask you again is it
All true? Ms. Hannah..?

Princess: Its my entire fault that she is in that situation right now. Its my fault I thought if I
kill him she will be happy again but she hated me instead she started to act cold towards me I
was already close to reach her but I failed and then in surprise she smile and say I cant wait to
see him again. She never spoke to utter any word but I know I read her lips correctly.
Angela: (Bam) Sit down everyone.

Despite of admitting yourself guilty for the crime that you have done you will still be punished
so I hereby charged you by the case of murder for 10 years and 2 months in prison Ms. Hannah
Sollen.
