The client was diagnosed with DM type 2 a year ago , and since then he stopped smoking and tried

to avoid oily and

sweet foods. He also drinks occasionally. But as of now, after being admitted in the hospital for Septic Arthritis, he
describes his condition as very poor due to his present condition. He is worried about using crutches and not being
able to go back to work anymore. In order for him to keep healthy, he must change his lifestyle and must not over
fatigue himself. He follows the doctors order and take the medication as needed.
