Arrival Cochin - Munnar (135kms/4hrs)

Arrive at Cochin airport/Rly station and transfer to Munnar by road. Munnar surrounded by lush green-carpeted tea and coffee plantations,
Munnar is a picturesque hill station situated in the eastern part of Kerala. The beautiful landscapes, cosy weather, and the smell of tea
leaves make Munnar one of the most sought-after destinations in South India. Munnar is situated near the Anaimudi Peak, the highest peak
in the Western Ghats. Check into the hotel and enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Today morning after breakfast visit Mattupetty dam which has an artificial lake built by a small hydroelectric project. Echo Point is known for
the natural echo affect it produces. Tea Museum explains about tea processing and history of Munnar. Eravikulam National Park is known
as the natural habitat of endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Stay overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Drive to Kumarakom/Alleppey and arrive by the afternoon, Check into the hotel and enjoy rest of the

BOOKING and PAYMENT CONDITIONS

a) Tour prices are printed in our brochures. Please return duly signed and completed booking form to us or our appointed
agents along with an initial deposit of Rs. 5,000/- per person for all tour packages. This initial deposit amount is non
refundable or non transferable in the event of cancellation / change of travel date of tour by the Clients.

b) The Client must pay the balance amount 30 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. If client fails to pay the balance
amount within stipulated time then the booking shall be deemed to be the cancelled and entire initial deposit will be forfeited
and the passenger shall not be entitled to the refund of the same.

c) All cheques / demand drafts to be payable in the name of 'Thomas Cook (India) Limited'. On payment of the deposit
amount you will be given an official receipt from Thomas Cook. You can also book the tour through our Preferred Sales
Agent OR Travel Agent.

d) The EMI options, if applicable, will be only available for the payment done online during the package booking. EMI option
is not available for any payment done after the online booking of the package

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness,
or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation
charges from the Client:

When a Cancellation Is made

50%of the Total Tour Cost

14 days or less prior to date of departure or a "No Show " on the

tour

100%of the Total Tour Cost.

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of
the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then
the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the
Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company
is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of
respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such
services for the Client.

REFUNDS
Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the
Company by way of Demand draft/Crossed cheque/ Cash at the discretion of the Company. For Bookings routed through our
Preferred Sales Agents or Travel agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would atleast take 30 days to process
refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tours, Hotels, and
Sightseeing etc.) for any reason whatsoever.

Any Air or Rail fare.
Any other meal not mentioned in price includes.
Any other destination not mentioned in itinerary.
Any monument entrance fees, camera fees, guide charges.
Any expenses of personal nature.
