Task 3- Reading into writing

Use the information from the four texts you read in Task 2 (pages 46) to write an essay (150-180 words) for your teachers , presenting
the advantages and disadvantages of local food.
You should plan your essay before you start writing . Think about
what you want to say and make some notes to helps you in this
box.
Do you think that the local food is the best alternative to reduce some
problems of health?
Firstly , I consider very important the different aspects about the local food
and food miles. Are various reason which are explicated to help us to
understand some positive and negative types or charapter of the local food.
Also, are related some ideas about the local food movement of some
countries that imported more food in the past that recently.
In fact, Nowadays, this movement is interested in small scale farming and
locally supplied food.Also , that one measures as necessary , since it avoids
that producers are separated from consumers by food miles.
Moreover, is showed quite advantages of using the local food in our daily
routine . For example this produces less waste and provides food fresh and
full of flavour. Also , the local food improve the local economy and supports
local markets.
On the other hand, some disadvantages of using the miles food. For
example, the writer underlines the negative effects of transporting food long
distances and the use more frecuent of chemicals than smaller ones.
Moreover,is hightlighted like negative , the amount of greenhouse gases
that were emitted in producing food locally.
Finally , I think that the local food has more advantages than
disadvantages .
