After briefing of assignment at week 1 we have form a group with 13 people to run a
campaign at clic Sentul, so firstly we get know to each other and decided the first
meeting of our group. we have record down the details of venue of our activities date
we need to go. We have decided to discuss our project at mamak stall at SL2 with
agree of all members. So at Tuesday 8pm we gather at there and start our first
meeting. Most of our member attend the meeting and we brainstorming our idea there
about what type of campaign we gonna do. After discussion we decided to set the
theme as life after PT 3 to guide form 3 student whether art stream or science stream
is more suitable for them and give them motivation and encouragement to continue
their studies and persuade for dream. Before start to plan the campaign our secretary
Ooi Ying Chew has prepare a note to record down our opinions. First we plan to do a
12 hour campaign for students because it is more convenient and we can finish it in 1
day around 8am-8pm.We start to plan our activities and after filter all the ideas and
our final decision is as below Simple work-out.We will Conduct a simple morning
exercise 11.00a.m-11.30a.m. Our role have include Leader, Treasurer, Secretary,
Emcee, Photographer ,FaciliItators, arts and raft session coordinator.

After distribute our role, We start to plan our activities and after filter all the ideas
and our final decision is as below Simple work-out.We will Conduct a simple
morning exercise to energize the students and freshen them up. Ice-breaking
session to Introduce a handful of mini games after splitting them up into groups so
they can get know to each others .After that,we will have a A talk entitle
Choosing between the Science and the Art Stream will be given. Sharing session
about our own experiences and a short movie entitle Believe In Yourself will be
included in this session so Students will have a clearer picture of what it is like
being a Science student or an Art student. Moreover, students may also get an idea
on what type of careers are their interest before the choosing of stream. Next,we
will have our game session Trust fall, Straw Handling, Pop the Balloon and
Words Arrangement will be carried out.This is To enchance the relationship
among one another. Learning about the significant of teamwork and their
leadership. Furthermore, english vocabulary can be learned during the Words
Arrangement.And the others activities is follow by Arts and Craft Session that
Make handicrafts like paper cutting by implementing the idea and our photo
session.We have put effort to discuss how to run the activities and make the
activities more interesting and we make sure our ability fit into our role.We plan
our budget from different aspect,food,beverages,games,prizes,stationeries
Transportation and the total of budget is around RM300.

We submit our proposal at week 2 and we did a power point slide to explain
how we decided to run our campaign.We explain to audience how we perform
when we run the campaign and we did some logistic and table to prove that
our campaign activities is suitable for PT3 students that we target and our
budget are reasonable to afford. We have four people in order to present our
slide and they did explain our activities venue, objectives, activities, roles of
members and some logistics about stationeries, chairs and table and our
Projector and PA system. Overall we present quite good and clear and that is
no major problems with activities that we have planned.We have consult our
community project teacher to check whether it has minor problems with our
plan or not and after our presentation about our proposal 1 we did phone to
the UTC and ask them the information about the venue that we use and the
operation time.The operation time is 10am-6:30pm and this make us cannot
finish our campaign in 1 day as we have planned.So,We discuss again and
finally we make the decision that we gonna separate into two days to
complete the campaign. At day 1 we wil set up our booth and explain our
activities and the second day we will run our campaign. To make sure
everything go as planned, We have decided to go to clic Sentul to check the
environment and 3 of our members will depart from UTAR at week 3 Tuesday
9:am-1pm to make sure the environment is suitable for our activities and take
photo of the actual classroom that we will use to run our campaign.
