To provide opportunities for the practice of the past tense simple;

Objectives: By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:

Use past tense simple in order to express past events;


Identify past tense simple in different contexts;
Materials used: handouts, colored pieces of chalk;
Skills: integrated skills;
Assumptions :
The students are familiar with most of the grammar issues involved;
They have prior practice in using Past tense simple ;
