Prospective bidders are being advised that the tender documents circulated from February 9, 2011,
have been amended. The changes are as follows:

Amendment 1
4.10 Tender Security
4.10.1 Tender Security will be One Hundred Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$100,000.00) in the form of
a managers cheque payable to the National Health Fund or a bankers guarantee.

Amendment 2
Bankers Guarantee Form (see attached Appendix D).
