***** RECENT DESIGNS FROM CAMARC *****

PATROL BOATS

^^^ The first two vessels of a 33m Class of Camarc designed patrol boats have been delivered. These vessels were
built in composite by Ufast-Raidco Marine (France) with a further two under build. A Steel 33m design has also been
delivered with a second under build.

^^^ 45m steel OPV by Raidco Marine of France currently under build.

CREWBOATS

^^^ Tehnomont of Croatia are building a Camarc Design 25m Patrol Boat for
The Royal Gibraltar Police. This follows on from the 25m patrol boat for the
Croatian Police.

SAR CRAFT
Camarc have developed several Fire Boat designs of late
including rapid first responder craft. This 15m design
features flush decks, clear
walkways and all round visibility. Speeds up to 40 knots,
excellent manoeuvrability &
Fifi equipment to meet operators needs.

propulsion for 30 Knots.
Large aft deck cargo capacity & superstructure

Besiktas Shipyard in Turkey.
First of Class under build in
Steel construction with future
options in Aluminium. Conventional propeller propulsion
and seating capacity for 24
passengers.

Camarc Pilot boats worldwide......


A total of 7 high speed steel
Pilot Boats for Saudi Ports
currently building at Lita
Marine in Singapore. The
order consists of two 21m
pilot boats and five 16m pilot
boats. Steel with fixed pitch
propellers and resiliently
mounted superstructures.

A steel 22m Pilot Boat built


by Pella Shipyard (Russia)
for Rosmorport. Built to
Russian Class Rules with
an Ice notation. Fixed pitch
propellers & featuring the
largest Popsure fender system fitted to date. Pictured
here operating in the Ice.

Columbia River Bar Pilots of the US have taken delivery of their third 22m self-righting Camarc pilot boat. All three boats, built by Kvichak Marine of Seattle, are
self-righting 30 Knot designs. Above shows the 3 boats side by side; Astoria (2014)
closest to shot followed by her sistership Columbia (2008) and Chinook (2000).
Savannah Pilots have
taken delivery of a new
20m Aluminium Camarc
designed pilot boat. This
vessel was built by Kvichak Marine, Seattle (US).
Waterjet propulsion, Aluminium construction and
speeds of up to 35 Knots.

Q-west in New Zealand are currently building an 18m Camarc


pilot boat for Port Taranaki. The
Aluminium waterjet design is
self-righting with a resiliently
mounted wheelhouse, hydraulic
rescue platform, Popsure fender
and building to full Lloyds Class.

Boats for the Suez Canal
Authroity built by Canal
Naval Constructions Co.
(Egypt). These continue
the Camarc fleet of 14m &
15m Pilot Boats for operation in Egyptian waters in
conjunction with MAPSO.

Harwich Haven (UK) have taken delivery of a 4 boat series


of 16m GRP pilot boats built by
Holyhead Marine in the UK. 3
boats for Sydney Ports & 1 boat
for PD Tees Port also building
at Holyhead in this series of
16m designs.
Supmar of Brazil have built
a Camarc 16m Aluminium
pilot boat. Sistership to the 2
vessels built in Australia and 1
in the UK, the design features
our Popsure fender system and
excellent all-round visibility,
both being important features
for Pilot boarding operations.

An 18m pilot boat recently


delivered to Smit. Aluminium
with waterjet propulsion, 25
Knots and full Lloyds Class.
This design is a sistership to
the 18m pilot boat currently
building in New Zealand.

Loodswezen; Dutch Pilot Boat Fleet of Camarc Designs.....


Three further 22m Alloy waterjet
Pilot Boats Lynx,Lyra & Lacerta have also been delivered to
Loodswezen. These craft are
being built by Barkmeijer in the
Netherlands and follow on from
the first 3 of the series delivered
to the Dutch Pilots in 2010 which
were built in the US by Kvichak
Marine. 28 Knots & Waterjets.

Two 21m Steel propeller Pilot Boats Hercules & Hydra have been
delivered to the Dutch Pilotage Authority, Loodswezen. Built by Barkmeijer (Netherlands) this design is full BV Class with an Ice notation for
operations during the winter season. With a resiliently mounted wheelhouse and noise mitigation techniques this boat achieved 63dbA in the
wheelhouse at 20 Knots.

Loodswezen have also taken delivery


of an 8 boat series of Camarc designed
8m Pilot Fast Launch Craft to replace
the existing fleet. The FLC is davit
launched with a single point lift from a
Pilot Station Vessel for regular transfers
of pilots to ships.
