A. CONVERSION OF MOBILE DIESEL ENGINES (Such as Luxurious Buses, Trailers, Trucks, Tractors,
Diesel Engine Buses / Cars, refuse haulers, Constructions Equipments, Trains e.t.c.) to BI-FUEL SYSTEM
that will use both Diesel and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) at the same time.
B. CONVERSION OF MOBILE PETROL ENGINES ( cars, Petrol engine buses/ trucks etc) into 100% Natural
Gas engines using CNG in cylinders without any alterations to the engine.
C. SALES INSTALLATIONS AND AFTER SERVICES MAINTENANCE OF DIESEL / NATURAL GAS
BURNERS AND LPFO (LOW POUR FUEL OIL) / NATURAL GAS BURNER. All regulations and setting
devices are simple and practical for both fuels. For LPFO / natural gas burner, provision is made for a preheating tank equipped with low thermal load electrical resistance to keep the LPFO in fluid state.
D. CONVERSION OF DIESEL ENGINE GENERATORS TO BI-FUEL SYSTEM that will allow engine to use
both diesel and pipeline gas or CNG as may be requested by the client.

CNG EQUIPMENTS AND ACCESSORIES

NEEDED AT SITE
1 CNG Compression Station ( CNG Mother Station); The compressor in this unit are to raise the pressure of
gas from the pipe line supply pressure ( about 5 bar) to 250 bar. The 250 bar can now be stored in the ground
storage or send directly to the dispenser unit which can be used to fill CNG transportation tubes trailer, Trucks
and Cars directly, in this case we have both mother and daughter station unit combine. The capacity of the
compressor will be determine by the amount of CNG to be deliver and the gas inlet pressure and temperature.
To have uninterrupted supply of gas it is good to have one main compressor and one backup.

2 CNG Transportation tubes and chassis: This unit is always used is move the compressed gas from the
Mother station to the daughter station or client s site. The amount of CNG to be deliver will depend on the client
request and this amount can be determine from the letter of intent . The daughter station will be for filling of your
trucks and cars that has the CNG conversion kits, for cars it will be 100% gas will for Trucks it will be in a ratio of
30% min for diesel and 70% max for CNG.

3 Pressure Reduction systems (PRS); This equipment will be needed compulsorily at every delivery point , it
will bring the pressure of CNG down from 250 barg to the working pressure of bi-fuel equipments and burners for
the boilers & furnaces.

4 CNG Daughter Station; This unit is to transfer CNG from the transportation tube to the ground Storage at the
delivery point and can also be used to refill Trucks & cars CNG Cylinders. This unit is an optional equipment
because the tube can also serve the same purpose as ground storage at the delivery points.

5 CNG Dispenser: The dispensing unit will be needed at both ends, that is at the mother station for the filling of
delivery trucks CNG cylinders and also at the off-loading points.

Power supply to the equipment; There is a need for power supply to the compression stations to power the
lighting and control panel, about 50 kva will be required to power the compressor control panel and other
electrical appliances at the mother station site.

Space requirement for the project: Average of one plot per mother station should be okay but because of
the CNG trailers loading and parking , each of this CNG truck is about 46 feet long so all this should be taking
into consideration when making the space available for the project.

Structure at Mother Station; Since the mother station will be within the company premises then there will be
no need for any special structure again.

Approval from DPR (if you are to setup full independent compression station); The approval from
DPR for the movement of CNG is required. This approval will require the submission of Environmental Impact
Assessment EIA report, Police traffic department report , copy of approved plan from the state town planning
department e.t.c
