Subgrade, Blanketing, Ballast, WMM, BM/DBM, BC/AC & experience in preparation of various Design Mix
proportionsrelatedtomajor&minorbridges,andJobMixFormulaforvariousBituminouslayers.
KnowledgeofcalibrationofBatchingplants,Pugmills,WMMandHotMixPlant.SettingupofLaboratoryand
varioustestsofsoil,aggregates,bitumenandconstructionrawmaterialsincludingreinforcementsteel.
Experience in QA / QC of construction of Minor and Major Bridges, Piling & Pile testing , Flexible / Rigid
PavementandRailTrackworks.
KnowledgeofNonDestructiveTesting(NDT)ofconcretestructures.
MaintainingofQualityrecordsatsite.
Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Field Quality Plans (FQPs), Method Statements, Pouring Sequence,
CheckListsandFormatsforvariousactivities,submissiontoClientandobtainingtheirapproval.
Identificationofsourceforvariousrawmaterials&theirtesting.
Capable of Identifying , analysing and resolving Non conformances and controlling for site construction
works.
