Please register me as a member of TaylOrganic Farm Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
Program for the upcoming growing season. I understand that farming is a seasonal and
unpredictable undertaking, and that exact selections and quantities included in the weekly
distribution will change as the season progresses. In joining the CSA, I agree to share in the
fluctuations and variations inherent in farming, and understand that my produce will be grown
with sound sustainable farming practices.

For 24, 36, and 52-week contracts the 2nd payment is due by the 5th delivery, and the 3rd payment
is due by the 9th delivery. These payments are 1/3 of the subtotal for Section 1.

Section 1. Vegetable, Fruit, and Egg Shares
Vegetable and fruit shares are offered in either full or half
box quantities. Both shares consist of 8-10 items weighing
an average total of 8-10 pounds for the full share and an
average total of 4-5 pounds for the half share. A full share
generally will feed a family of four, depending on
individual eating habits, and a half-share is usually
adequate for two people. A full fruit share generally
provides 2 pints or 2 lbs of fruit per week, while a half share offers 1 pint or 1 lb of fruit
per week. Farm-fresh eggs are locally produced. To see pictures of typical full share

Never Too Many Tomatoes: While a pound or so of tomatoes is

usually in the vegetable box in-season, this option is for those who
just can't get enough vine-ripened Heirloom beauties. Three
additional pounds of tomatoes with weekly delivery during 10-
week peak season for $129.00 (includes sales tax).

Georgia Jam Sampler Pack: An assorted 12-pack of 9 oz. or 5 oz. size

jars of jams, jellies, and preserves. The sampler pack will include
Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Fig, FROG (fig, raspberry, orange,
and ginger), Peach, Raspberry, Scuppernong, Muscadine, Mayhaw, Red
Pepper Jelly, and Habanero Jelly. Price: $56.00 for 12 pk-9 oz jars or
$35.00 for 12 pack-5 oz jars (includes sales tax)

Georgia Cider Sampler Pack: An assorted 6-pack of 32 oz. size bottles of

ciders, including Blueberry, Blackberry, Peach, Strawberry, Muscadine, and
Scuppernong Ciders. Price: $36.00 (includes sales tax)

Georgia “Farm Fresh” Dressings: You will receive an assorted 6-pack of 12 oz. size
bottles of dressings, including Vidalia Onion, Blueberry, Summer Tomato, Summer
Basil, Raspberry, and Cucumber Dressings. Price: $30.00 (includes sales tax)
