Objective:
Create small retailer loyalty to company by increasing market service and coverage through
distributing products to the small retailer by companys own vehicle.
Activation Plan:
Distribute Company products to retailer by company own delivery system through bypassing
distributorship.
Company own or rented vehicle will distribute the products to Lalbag areas small retailer

Expected Barriers:

Company has a bad reputation in market about damage distribution


Lalbag area especially old Dhaka city has many narrow roads where pick-up
van cannt enter to distribute products.

Controlling Plan:
Company should immediate action plan to withdraw damage products from
small retailers as soon as possible to rebuild company image.
Company can manage alternative vehicle(like van gari) to distribute products
where pick up van can not enter.
