STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT AFFIDAVIT Before me the undesigned authority on this day personally appeared GREEN,C - 4107, a peace officer for the STATE of TEXAS, who after being duly sworn upon oath deposes and says that he has good reason to believe that RODRIGUEZ TAYLOR,RICARDO did commit the offense of Kidnapping 10990001 (Penal Code # PC 20.03) against the laws of the State of Texas on _20 Ib - Said reason and belief is based on the following facts and circumstances and is sworn to under oath before undersigned authority. bf 7 This offense happened in FORT WORTH, TARRANT County, Texas, On Tuesday 10-04- 16 at approx. 1935 hours I, oft. C.Green #4107 along with oft. JT.Macha #4132, working as E334, was dispatched to a signal 54 (Meet Officer/Agency) call at 5015 Brentwood Stair Rd, T met with 2 Detectives ftom Irving PD, REP1/ Det. K.Burkleo #845 and REP2/Det. K.MeCown #1056, who stated that they were working a possible human trafficking case (Irving service #16- 22547) in their city where multiple subjects had been held against their will and assaulted at a 24 hour inpatient drug/alcohol treatment facility. ‘They advised me that one of the victims from their case, VICI/Maldonido,Danillo W/M —_ had indicated that he had also been held against his will in Fort Worth, at a facility associated with the aforementioned Irving facility, for an extended period of time, The detectives from Irving then transported the VIC to our call location so that he could point out the exact location where he had been held, which turned out to be a building located at 5015 Brentwood Stair Rd. Officers then approached the door of the building located at 5015 Brentwood Stair Rd and ARR2/Rodriguez-Taylor,Ricardo W/M [EE et officers at the door and allowed them inside. Officers located approximately 15 adult Hispanic males and females inside of the building. ARRI/Soto-Gonzalez,Rodrigo W/ MERE was located inside of the building and advised officers that he was in charge of the facility at that time. ARRI and ARR? advised officers that the site was a 24 hour inpatient drug/aleohol treatment facility. VICI stated that he initially enter the Irving facility by choice but was then not allowed to leave. VICI advised that he was being held against his will atthe Irving facility before being taken, against his will, to the facility at 5015 Brentwood Stair RD by an unknown subject. VICL advised that once he was at the Brentwood Stair Rd facility, ARR and ARR2 would tie him up and hold him against his will to prevent him from leaving, VICI stated that he was held at 5015 Brentwood Stair Rd against his will by ARRI and ARR2 from approx. April Of 2016 to September of 2016 before being transferred to the Irving facility where he escaped and came into contact with REP] and REP2, Officers then began to speak with the subjects located inside of the building, VIC2/Maquitico,Linda W/F [EEE advised officers that she was being held there against their will by ARRI and ARR2 advised officers that she was in Dallas approx. 3 months ago when she was approached by a subject known to her as "Negro" outside of an AA meeting when the he offered her a ride to another AA meeting. VIC2 advised that Negro brought her to the building at 5015 Brentwood Stair Rd. VIC2 advised officers that when she would attempt to leave the facility, ARR and ARR2 would not let her. VIC2 stated that ARR and ARR2 wouldtic her up to a post inside of the building and prevent her from leaving. VIC2 stated that she was held against her will at 015 Brentwood Stair Rd by ARR1 and ARR2 for approx. 3 months. All of the subjects from inside of the building were taken to Major Case at 350 W Belknap to be interviewed by detectives. VIC3/Gonzalez,Adrian W/M| idvised detectives that approx. 12 days ago he was in Dallas when an unknown subject picked him up and told him that he had a carpet job for him to do, VIC3 stated that the subject drove him to 5015 Brentwood Stair Rd and led him inside the building where 4 people, including ARRI and ARR2, assaulted VIC3 by punching him all over his body causing VIC3 to feel pain. VIC3 stated that ARRI and ARR2 then stripped him of his clothing and dressed him in other clothing before tying VIC3 up with rope in an attempt to prevent him from leaving. VIC3 stated that he was not allowed to leave and was being held against his will at 5015 Brentwood Stair Rd by ARRI and ARR2. ARR3/Tello,ADOLFO w/m]BEEB rived on scene as officers were conducting their investigation. ARR3 identified himself as the operator of the facility. ARR3 told officers and detectives that he runs a drug and alcohol treatment program at the above call location and that he instructs ARR1 and ARR2 to prevent people from leaving the facility. ARRI, ARR? and ARR3 were placed under arrest. ARR1, ARR2 and ARR3 were run through PIC where they were found to have no outstanding warrants, ARR1 was booked for PC 20.04 AGG KIDNAPPING and PC 20.03 KIDNAPPING. ARR2 was booked for PC 20.04 AGG KIDNAPPING and PC 20,03 KIDNAPPING. ARR3 was booked for PC 20.04 AGG KIDNAPPING and PC 20.03 KIDNAPPING.
