Bentuk Sediaan :
capsule, capsule liquid filled, elixir, liquid, powder, powder for solution, solution, suppository,
suspension, syrup, tablet, tablet chewable, tablet disintegrating, tablet effervescent, tablet extended
release.
Indikasi : Analgetikum, Antipiretikum.
Efek Samping :
Angioedema, Disorientation, Dizziness, Ruam, Hyperammonemia, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic
epidermal necrolysis, Urticaria, Gastrointestinal hemorrhage, Laryngeal edema, Agranulocytosis,
Leukopenia, Neutropenia, Pancytopenia, Thrombocytopenia, Thrombocytopenic purpura, Hepatotoxicity,
Liver failure, Nephrotoxicity, Pneumonitis, Anaphylactoid.

,double vision, dry mouth, feeling of constant movement of self or surroundings, inability to have or keep
an erection, increase in sexual ability, desire, drive, or performance, increased interest in sexual
intercourse, increased watering of mouth, indigestion, loss of sexual ability, desire, drive, or performance,
passing of gas, seeing double, sensation of spinning

Amoxicillin

Indikasi : bacterial infections
Efek samping :
Abdominal or stomach cramps or tenderness, back, leg, or stomach pains, black, tarry stools, bleeding
gums, blistering, peeling, or loosening of the skin, bloating, blood in the urine, bloody nose, chest pain,
chills, clay, colored stools, cough, dark urine, diarrhea, difficulty with breathing, difficulty with
swallowing, dizziness, fast heartbeat, feeling of discomfort, fever, general body swelling, headache,
heavier menstrual periods, increased thirst, inflammation of the joints, red, irritated eyes, redness,
soreness, or itching skin, shortness of breath, sore throat, sores, ulcers, or white spots in the mouth or on
the lips, sores, welting, or blisters, unpleasant breath odor, unusual bleeding or bruising, unusual tiredness
or weakness, unusual weight loss, vomiting of blood, watery or bloody diarrhea, wheezing, yellow eyes
or skin, Agitation, confusion, convulsions, discoloration of the tooth (brown, yellow, or gray staining),
dizziness, sleeplessness, trouble with sleeping, unable to sleep
Dosis :
Mild to moderate infections
500 mg PO q12hr or 250 mg PO q8hr for 10-14 days
Severe infections
875 mg PO q12hr or 500 mg PO q8hr for 10-14 days

Ketoconazole

Indikasi : Fungal Infections
Efek samping :
Change in number of sperm and their ability to move, decreased interest in sexual intercourse, diarrhea,
hair loss or thinning of the hair, inability to have or keep an erection, loss in sexual ability, desire, drive, or
performance, sleepiness or unusual drowsiness, swelling of the breasts or breast soreness for both female
and male, chest pain, chills, confusion, cough, dark urine, difficulty seeing at night, difficulty swallowing,
dizziness, fast heartbeat, fever, general body swelling, headache, hoarseness, increased sensitivity of the
eyes to sunlight, irritation, joint pain, stiffness, or swelling, light-colored stools, loss of appetite, mood or
mental changes, nausea or vomiting, severe, nosebleeds, painful or difficult urination, pale skin
Dosis :
Dewasa

: 200-400 mg/day PO

Anak-anak : <2 years old: Safety and efficacy not established

2 years old: 3.3-6.6 mg/kg/day PO
Shampoo : 1x/3hari
