Onyx Inc. is a start-up general partnership business situated in North Fairview Quezon
City. Our companys primary objective is to introduce our product called Nail Dust
Collector little by little here in the Philippines. NDC is a small-vacuum type machine that
secures the safeness of nail technicians and their clients by preventing them to inhale the
dust particles coming from the nails. Onyx Inc. aims to catch the interests of its potential
buyers (e.g. nail salons) around the corners of Metro Manila. Once underway, the company
plans to extend its scope by establishing other branches to create a strong market position

inhalation of dust particles that might be a threat to the health of nail technician and the

Strategies and stuffs that we have to consult, especially we are just about to

checking of our by-laws and contracts, as well as the obligations. We will also
need her advises for our companys needs especially on companys
registration of business, taxes and legal advises. We also need her to consult
our employees compensation and benefits.

Valentino Group of Companies. Their company has been selling the said product for almost
5 years now. It was invented to remove unpleasant smell of acrylic giving the salon or spa a

COLLECTOR yet in the Philippines, yet, we would like to take a risk of innovating it as

Delivery and Payment Information

Orders placed in ONYX Inc. will be sent via meet-ups with Cash-OnDelivery mode of payment to the given delivery address. The total amount to be
paid includes the price of the ordered products and also the cost of delivery as it
will be shown in the order confirmation e-mail process. The invoice and the
warranty papers will be enclosed in the parcel. We kindly ask our customers to
open the parcel and check the goods while the delivery man is still present so
that any possible concurrent damages or faults in the products could be registered
in a report at the very moment. We also take note that we are not able to accept
any claims in default of this report.

.Delivery conditions delivery around Metro Manila

Orders placed in ONYX Inc. will be delivered via LBC courier or via
meet-up. Parcels are delivered on weekdays between 8 a.m. up to 5 p.m. It is
recommended to give the address of workplace as a delivery address if during this
above mentioned period, the parcel cannot be received at the home address. The
courier will try to deliver the parcel 2 more times if the first delivery is not
succeeded (due to fault address or if the consignee could not be found at the given
address). The order will be delivered in a maximum of 4 working days after
receiving the order confirmation e-mail. In case of any shortages in the ordered
goods, we will inform the customer through e-mail or by phone in a maximum of
2 working days after receiving the order confirmation e-mail.

The owners of ONYX Inc. will be handling different tasks in order to operate the
business successfully.

For the operation, Ms. Jimica Lozano will handle the process of creation of goods and
services. She will be responsible for the planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling
all the resources needed to produce product or services.
For the production, Ms. Angelicahann Rabulan will be in control for turning inputs into
finished outputs through a series of production processes. She will also be in charge of
ensuring that the materials are provided & made into finished goods effectively. She must
also guarantee that work is carried out smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
For the marketing, Ms. Chrislyn Mae Barroso will be responsible for researching,
packaging, presenting & advertisement of products and services to consumer. She will be in
charge of driving sales and informing consumer about the business and their products.
For the sales, Ms. Darlen Joy Palisoc will handle the ongoing financial record keeping.
She will be engaged in recording monetary information like operating expenses, salaries,
donations, capital expenditures, investments, cash flow, utilities and other money related

For the product development, Ms. Tricia Felize Nael will be responsible for developing
new products and improving existing products that can meet costumers need together with
