The basic Datapaq Reflow Tracker continues to set
the industry standard for ease-of-use and reliability
in thermal profiling. With 60,000 readings and
unsurpassed accuracy, the Datapaq 9000 data
logger performs without equal. Combine a Datapaq
9000, Insight software and one of our low-height
stainless steel barriers and you'll get the best pass-
through profiler available. Telemetry is also an

Insight is the software that binds the Datapaq Family
together. It offers a cost effective and quick way to set
up new profiles and monitor the effectiveness of all
your ovens with just one profiling system.
Datapaq's Insight takes the data gathered by the
Datapaq 9000 logger, quickly and easily interprets the
information, and provides the analysis you need
instantly. Setting up multiple processes-whether for
different ovens, boards, recipes or all three-is a snap.
Wizards lead you step-by-step through the entire
procedure. You're up and running fast with minimal
training-getting the most out of this remarkably
advanced package.
The Reflow Results summary screen is just that.
Insight tells you, run after run, if your process is in
specification. Ramp, soak, time above liquidous, peak, Delta T, and cooling-everything appears
on one screen. And if something is out of specification, alarms alert you instantly. Simple tabs
let you drill down for in-depth analysis of any parameter.

Thermal Barriers
Deliver "Black Box" Protection
Datapaq thermal barriers can withstand the

employ the same insulation used in an
airplane's "black box." These barriers are
incredibly lightweight and are constructed of
durable stainless steel that won't damage from
forceful handling. Our most popular barrier
weighs a mere 1.6 pounds and can handle
300°C for over eight minutes. With a wide

Rapid Oven Setup is the fastest way to set up
your reflow oven for new assemblies-without
ever passing a board through the process. After
measuring the heating effectiveness of your
oven with Datapaq's unique Heat Transfer
Sensor, ROS defines the optimal oven settings
for any board in 2 simple steps:
1. ROS software reads information
downloaded from the PCB's CAD files to
create a detailed thermal model.
2. The user simply selects the target profile,
and ROS automatically defines the optimal
oven settings in seconds.
No more wasted assemblies. No more wasted
time with trial-and-error profiling. ROS assures
that you get it right the first time.
Surveyor TM
No More Test Boards
With Surveyor, there's no easier way to monitor
your process. No more test boards, no more
thermocouples, no more variables. The
Surveyor lets you accurately emulate the
relationship between oven performance and an
assembly's thermal profile. Using the versatile
Datapaq 9000 data logger, this single unit "rides
the rails" as it gathers all the critical oven
performance data. Its fixed sensors closely
mimic your assembly to measure your oven's
effectiveness. It even monitors line speed. The
Insight software provides a quick "go/no-go"
decision while the screen wizards automate the
entire profiling process. The data collected is
automatically stored and used in precise SPC
(Cpk, Cp, Ppk, Pp) analysis.
