Boulder formation.

Sir,
By looking at the Boulder in Physical and chemical form is it possible to make out whether the boulder that
was formed is formed in the Kiln itself due to some favourable reasons or it was formed from the coating from
the kiln Inlet. What to look for in the chemical results of boulder that helps to identify its origin of boulder
formation.

The boulder was taken out and broken to Big Pieces. It was kept aside and as it started cooling it all disintegrated
into Powder form. Why is this so?. What to conclude from this Phenomenon? The Ball inside kiln not breaking but
once out and become cool becoming powder all by itself. Hope somebody will throw light on this.
