and credit repair. Wilbert Cook of the Cook County Assessor’s Office will provide an overview of Cook
bank, Cook County Assessor, and City of Chicago
County’s programs to reduce property taxes, including homeowner exemptions, senior exemptions and
senior tax freezes. Representatives from the Chicago Department of Planning and Development and
Department of Housing have been invited to share information on programs for commercial and
residential façade improvements, home repairs, low cost financing products and the H-RAIL program.
