Important Reminders:
a.) Please be on time. Boarders who still have classes on the aforementioned schedule
will be excused; however, he/she make sure that someone (probably a friend) will
represent him/her during the meeting. Each representative, however, can only represent
the maximum number of two persons only ( him/herself + one friend). Those persons
who will not have a representative on the said meeting must agree in all conditions set
after the meeting whether he/she like it or not. If not, the OTHER BOARDERS WILL TREAT
HIM/HER AS PERSONA NON GRATA (undesirable person).
b.) Officers must know your obligations. You are expected to facilitate and invite
other boarders to attend the meeting. Irresponsible officers will be reprimanded in

front of fellow boarders or their LOVELY FACES will be posted in the doors of
each floor indicating how IRRESPONSIBLE THEY ARE! Dont ever try to contest
your right as human beings because we can absolutely contest your position as
an officer (oath of office).
c.)

SLU STUDENTS WILL BE HAVING THEIR MIDTERM EXAM. Therefore, please be

cooperative and sensitive to the needs of others by attending the meeting on time.
Deviant members (pasaway), unless influenced by their religious belief, will be
subjected to the following penalty:
A.) FOR OFFICERS:
Agreed Contribution + Php 300.oo penalty
B.) For Other Boarders : Agreed Contribution + Php 150.oo penalty

d.) BE EDUCATED ENOUGH IN RAISING YOUR CONCERNS DURING THE MEETING . Dont
delay the flow of the meeting by just opposing the opinion of others. Propose
alternatives and make a good justification. Checking of attendance will be AFTER THE
MEETING (see MARCO for the attendance sheet).
