ORGANIZATION
At the national level INKINDO is governed by Board of National Governing Governing Council, while
at the provincial level INKINDO is governed by Board of Provincial Governing Councils. The Chairman
of National/Provincial Governing Councils are elected in the National/Provincial Congress for a period
of 4 year.
The Organization of INKINDO DKI mainly consists of :

VISION
To promote the roles of the members of INKINDO DKI in the national and regional development in
accordance with the change of demands, professionalism, and integrity in order to have strategic bargaining.
MISSION
a. To improve services, competencies, and comprehension of Code of Ethics.
b. To Improve effectiveness of organization structure.
c. To enhace synergic relationship between Inkindo DKI and Board of National Governing Council of Inkindo,
Jakarta Provincial Government in Provincial and National Instituions.
d. To establish the consultants services regulation in Provincial and National level.
e. To prevent unfair business competition.
f. To enhance regulation advocation and protection of members continuously.
g. To protect the market-share of small company and foster the partnership of small and non-small
company.
h. To develop market-share through enhancement of competencies, foreign network, market penetration of
government and private market.
i. To improve brand image of Inkindo DKI via mass media communication, social and proffesionalisme
activities.
j. To enhance proffessionalism and competitiveness of the members in all field of services to face the
ASEAN Community 2015.

In general consulting services of INKINDO members are classified into two kinds of Consulting Services:
Engineering and Non Engineering Consulting Services and each is futher Classified into Field of Services
and Scope of Services.

BILLING RATE
Remuneration or Billing Rate is very strategic issue for consulting services business. Threfore INKINDO
annually publisheds updated Minimum Staandard of Renumeration/Billing Rate and Direct Cost (out of
Pocket espenses) for consulting services, based on professional survey done by some experts.
MARKET ORIENTATION
About 40% of INKINDO DKI Jakarta members work only in public sector, 36% work only in private sector,
24% work both in public and private sector. Public sector remains the major market of the members, 64% of
the members work in public sectors.
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
There are two kinds of certification program for INKINDO DKI Jakarta members. First, certification for
engineering consulting firms required by the Construction Services Development Board (LPJK) based on
Construcution Law No 18/1999 and related Government Regulations.
Second, the certification for non-engineering consulting firms required by Indonesia Chamber of Commerce
based on Indonesia Chamber of Comerce (Kadin Indonesia) Law No 1/1987 and President Decree No
17/2010.
According to Indonesian Construction Law, certification for engineering consulting firms is mandatory and
become one of the requirements for the procurement of government construction projects. As for the nonengineering certification is still voluntary but often required for some government procurement projects in
non-engineering services field.
CODE OF ETHICS AND CODE OF CONDUCTS
In carrying out the duties, all members shall be bound by the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct of
INKINDO, which is an integral part of the INKINDOs Articles.

BACKGROUND
It was in 1988 that Jusuf Setiadi and Hidajat Tri
Tjahjono were both eager to start an architectural
firm that will enable them to follow their dreams
and visions. Later on they met N Rahardjo Muljono
who were also looking for partners to establish
an architectural consulting firm in Indonesia.
Together, the three partners joint forces to
establish an architectural consultant company
quickly so that they would not loose the new
opportunities that would inevitably come from
Indonesia golden economy at that time.
Establishing limited company (PT) in Indonesia,
however, required along process, thus they
decided to develop an architectural consulting
firm: Airmas Asri.
In 2006, Herman Soedarsono who was the
assignor of some projects during 1990-2005
joined as shareholder of Airmas Asri. Through
its development, the company was also elected
four directors: Suryono Kurnianto, Ardi Jahya,
Setia Bakty, and Christine Martini S. as partners

BACKGROUND
The Original Atelier Enam was initiated in
1968 by six architect and legally registered
as an architectural firm in 1972. The growing
professional practice made it necessary to open
branch offices in Bandung-West Java, Sanur-Bali,
and eventually Surabaya-East Java.

Jambi Merang Development Gas Production Facilities is located MusiBanyuasinDistric, South Sumatra
Province, Indonesia. Production by Joint Operating Body (JOB) Pertamina Talisman Jambi Merang. These
facilities are built to produce 120 BBTUD sales gas and 13.500 barrel/day Natural Gas Liquid (NGL) from
production wells in PulauGading and Sungai Kenawang area.
This project give economic impact to the regional society specifically by providing fuel gas for the

In 1948 a Dutch company named NV Job & Sprey.
In 1958 based on Government regulation No
23 all Dutch company nationalize by Indonesia
Government and changed its name to PN. Yodya
Karya. In 1970 based on Government regulation No
39 PN. Yodya Karya changed its name to PT. Yodya
Karya and in 1972 changed its name to PT. Yodya
Karya (Persero). In 2003 based on Government
regulation No 49 PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) under
Indonesian state-owned enterprise Ministry.
PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) has five regions and six branches
over Indonesia, they are Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar,
Kendari, Manado, Samarinda, Jakarta, Bandung, Medan,
Pekanbaru and Palembang.
Current PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) has received ISO
9001:2008 certificate for quality management system and
OHSAS 18001:2007 for health and safety management
system from TUV NORD.
