PART-A SPECIFIC CONDITIONS


1. CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Necessary approval of the State


Forests
Department
shall
be
obtained
before
commencing
construction of the project.
All required sanitary and hygienic
measures should be in place before
staring construction activates and to
be maintained throughout the
construction activities and to be
maintained
throughout
the
construction phase.
A first Aid Room will be provided in
the project both construction and
operation of the project.

Adequate drinking water and sanitary


facilities should be provided for
construction workers at the site. The
safe disposal of wastewater and solid
wastes
generated
during
the
construction phase should be
ensured.

All the topsoil excavated during


construction activities should be
stored for use horticulture/landscape

Sanitary and hygienic conditions was


maintained at the site of construction
and it will be maintained throughout
the operation phase.

First Aid Room is provided at the site


during construction and would be
provided during operation of the
project, Beside this the medicines &
medical help to the construction
worker was provided by the company.
Regular Health Check up of the
workers was also done at regular
interval of time by the company.
Adequate drinking water and sanitary
facilities
are
provided
to
the
construction worker at the site. The
solid waste generated during the
construction phase is first collected &
then segregated and are disposed off
as per their requirement. For example
the excavated earth is used for
development
of
green
belt
&
Landscape within the site .The waste
oil/ Lubricant by D.G.Sets are stored in
a container marked as Hazardous
Waste and it is disposed off by selling
it to the recyclers only.
The
topsoil
excavated
during
construction activities was stored at
one place and was used for

development within the project site.

Disposal
of
Muck,
including
excavated
material
during
construction phase should not create
any adverse effects on neighboring
communities and should be disposed
off necessary precautions for general
safety and health aspects.
The diesel generator sets to be used
during construction phase should be
enclosed type and should conform to
E(P)A Rules prescribed for air and
noise emission standards.

Ambient noise levels should conform


to residential standards both during
day and night. Incremental pollution
loads on the ambient air and noise
quality should be closely monitored
during construction phase.
Construction
spoils,
including
bituminous material and other
hazardous materials, must not be
allowed to contaminate watercourses
and the dump sites for such material
must be secured so that they should
not leach into the ground water.

Horticulture
and
Landscape
development within the project site.

away from the surface water and were
stored on plastic sheeting to prevent
leaks and spills and were not allowed
to contaminate water courses, also it
is secured that they do not leach into
ground water.

raised to 4 meters above the rooftop.
The green belt design along the
periphery of the plot shall achieve
attenuation factor conforming to the
day and night noise standard
prescribed for residential landaus.
The open spaces inside the plot
should be suitably landscaped and
covered
with
vegetation
of
indigenous variety.
Incremental pollution loads on the
ambient air quality, noise and water
quality should be periodically
monitored after commissioning of
the project.
Application of solar energy should
be incorporated for illumination of
common areas lighting in addition to
provision for soar water heating.
Traffic congestion near the entry and
exit points form roads adjoining the
proposed project site must be
prevented. Parking should be fully

safeguard measures in a time
bound and satisfactory manner.
All other statutory clearances such
as the approvals for storage of
diesel from Chief Controller of
Explosives, Fire Department, Civil
Aviation
Department,
Forest
(Conservation) Act, 1980 etc. shall
be obtained, as applicable by
project
proponents
from
the
competent authorities.
A copy of the environmental
clearance letter would be marked to
the local NGO(s), if any, from whom
suggestion/representation
were
received at the time of public
hearing.
The project proponent should
advertise in at least two local
Newspapers widely circulated in the
region, one of which shall be in the
vernacular language informing that
the project has been accorded
environmental clearance and copies
of clearance letter are available with
the Haryana State Pollution Control
