originate a new idea not just imitate others.


Planning setting objectives for the group, person etc. on what needs
to be done for the goal to be achieved and the purpose for getting
those goals completed.
Organizing- diving the work into more manageable activities, to a
group of people who will specialize in the activity assigned to them
Leading by motivating and communicating to the team decisions.
They give a clear direction or instruction and will help the team
achieve the goals.
Controlling- monitors the progress or process of the goal to be
completed. Control the flow.
Manager is the transition between the over all corporate strategy
