AMENDMENT. Section 7.03(A) of Article
VII (Initiative and Referendum) of the Iowa
City Charter shall be amended to comply
with Iowa Code Section 362.4 by:
Replacing the following language:

twenty five percent (25%) of the number of
persons who voted in the last regular city
election, but such signatures of eligible
electors shall be no fewer than three
thousand six hundred.
