ADDENDUM
Chongqing International Construction Corporation (CICO) (hereinafter called the MAIN
CONTRACTOR agrees to sell to SSENSU ASSOCIATES LTD (hereinafter referred to as
SUBCONTRACTOR aggregates at a rate of 405,000/= (Four hundred, five thousand shillings
only) per trip.
Both parties agree that this amount shall be deducted during the making of the final payment.
And that the record of the number of trips taken shall be kept and signed by authorized
representatives of both parties.
Transporting the aggregate is a responsibility of the subcontractor.
