ThefollowingisageneralizedoutlineforrehabilitationfollowingACLreconstruction.Theprotocolmaybemodifiedif
additionalprocedures,suchasmeniscusrepairormicrofracture,wereperformed.

PhaseI:114days
Goals

Protectgraftandgraftfixationwithuseofbraceandspecificexercises
Controlinflammationandswelling
Earlyrangeofmotion(ROM)withemphasisonfullextension,patellamobilizationsandflexion
Caution:avoidhyperextensiongreaterthan10
Educatepatientonrehabilitationprogression
