A CRITIQUE OF SOME PARTS OF LECTURE 154

"Ali Mirza: in his lecture 154 says that Jama"atul Muslimin is Kharjite.
But this is incorrect. Although the are Takfi:ri ,they are Heretic like "Ali: Mirza:
in some respects yet they are not Kharjite.
Reasons: All Kharjite sects believe the following S:h:abah as Kafir:=

1] Saiyiduna: "Ali: RD:
2] Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n RD:
3] Saiyiduna: Mu"a:viah RD:
4] Saiyidatuna: "A:'ishah RD:
There is no Kharjite sect that believed first three of the mensioned above
S:ah:abah as Muslim and Mu'min.
The same is most probebly true for Kharjite in case of Saiyidatuna: "A:'ishah
RD:
But Jama:"atul Muslimi:n is some what different. This Jama:"ah did believed
all the stated above S:h:a:bah as Muslim and Mu'min, therefore the donot
fulfil the first Necessary condition to be Kharjite.
Hence they are a new Takfiri: sect but not all Takfiris are Kharjite.
It must be noted that Nas:ibites and Kh:a:rjites are opposites.
Some people use these two terms as synonym but this is a Historical Error.
In several regards "Ali Mirza and "Alimirzais are close to this sect.
Both Mas"u:d 'Ahmad Bsc. and Engineer "Ali: Mirza: tried to unite all Muslims,
or claiments of 'Isla:m.
But they way adopted was different.
It is clear that "Ali: Mirza follow Mas"u:d 'Ah:mad in several respects. Yet from
the total failure of Mas"u:d 'Ah:mad , "Ali Mirza: chose a different way.
But essentially both are the same apart of there difference of tendencies
about Rafid:iah and Nas:ibiah, where they differ.
Zubair "Ali: Zai probebly intimated "Ali: Mirza: for his techniques, yet Zubair
"Ali Zai was himself a Partial Ahlul H:adi:th: , a Hemi 'Ahlul H:adi:th:.

Engineer "Ali: Mirza did not believe great scholars of Ahlussunnah Deoband
and 'Ahlul H:adi:th: as Not Muslim., yet he ascribes them by acts of Kufr yet
does not explicitly say that they are Kafir.
He motivate his audiances to deduce this result from the incorrect matterial
which he provides them.
It is also very strange that according to him Jama:"atul Muslimi:n are
Kh:ava:rij just because they declare any one including "Ali: Mirza and his
followers as Ka:fir, and he do not call those as Kha:ava:rij who do not consider
a large number of S:ah:abah RD as Kafir or Ghairu Mu'min. 'Astaghfarullah.
Also this person hides the opinion of Semi 'Ahlul H:adi:th: namely Zubair "Ali:
Zai who did not allowed to offer prayers behind H:anafites and Ghurba: of
'Ahlul H:adi:th: .
What is wanted to be pointed out that if what he says is correct then his
former teacher Zubair "Ali: Zai is also a Khar:jite.
But this simple minded person Zubair invented a new concept that "Ulma: of
Muqallidin and sone Ghair Muqallidi:n are Kafir yet their followers may be
given some benifit of doubt.
This scheme is used by "Ali: Mirza: .
How ever it must be noted that "Ali: Mirza: and His former Teacher both are
known from their oral and written works.
Zubair "Ali: Zai was also against great 'Ahlul H:adi:th: Scholar 'Irsha:d 'Al
Haqq 'Ath:ari: yet he had to courrage to say any thing against him, so he
trained his improper disciplin to refute some of ideas of this great scholar.
This is reported from a strong source.
As for application of 'Aya:t which were initially about Kuffar , on Muslims is
incorrect as long as a person is a Muslim, yet when a person becomes a
Mushrik or a Kafir he ceaces to be Muslim and application is correct.
Any how some parts of this lecture are true while some of them are false.
