CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is accepted by both hotels 24 hours prior to arrival without charges. Any cancellation less than
24 hours will be chargeable
NO SHOW POLICY
Non-arrival of guaranteed reservation will resort to entire room night charges (both properties)
PAYMENT TERMS
All charges are to be settled by the guest in cash or credit card before check in or prior to guest departure
unless credit facility has been pre-approved. Once credit facility has been established, statement of accounts
must be settled within 30 days of invoice.
