that you are immature or unintelligent, nourish your body by health
supplements, get beauty sleep of 7-8 hours, get music or other entertainment
when you feel free, work on your image, feel ladylike confident, keep your
back straight, be yourself-believe yourself, remember your values, be
industrious to gain in competition, do yoga, be smart and intelligent,
communication is must, etc.
