New Design for your productivity


Equipped with a solid spindle, this turning center can perform a variety of operations, such as high-speed turning and heavy cutting of
complex forms, with a single setting and offers several options for enhanced precision.

Spindle Head

Rapid Feed Rate

The spindle is securely fixed with its front supported by three


rows of angular contact ball bearings and its rear supported
by two rows of cylindrical roller bearings. The special grease
lubrication and the meehanite casting structure with a
radiation fan for heat dissipation make high-precision
machining possible by minimizing deformation and
maintaining precision at a higher temperature.

Notably, the high-precision LM guide can operate at a high


speed or with low noise and helps minimize non-cutting time.
In addition, each axis is run by a highly durable digital AC
servo motor. The high torque motor for each axis is directly
connected with the ball screw without an intermediate gear for
higher response and low-noise feed without backlash.

cutting precision. The quill is moved by the use of a switch on
the control panel or by a computer program.

The curvic coupling with the longest diameter (210) among


Koreas similar products and the 12-station turret with a strong
hydraulic clamp help make no-vibration cutting possible and
increase tool life. The turret is split into both directions of
non-stop and the exchange rate of its plane is 0.15 second,
reducing the tool division time significantly.
