Parents,
We are proud of the great work taking place at Jos Joe May
Elementary School and appreciate the support of our parents and
community. You are a huge part of our family, and we feel it is
important to keep you informed.
We want to share information about a potential media story,
which focuses on environmental concerns that were identified
during the construction process at our campus. The district has
taken all of the necessary steps to ensure a safe and healthy
learning environment. We have been assured that this has been
accomplished and will continue to monitor and provide any
necessary updates.
We will hold a parent meeting Thursday, October 13 at 5:30
p.m. to provide detailed information with you and answer any
questions you may have. Many of you will already be on campus
for parent conferences, so we will take a few minutes of that time
to meet collectively.
Please know that the health and safety of our students and
staff

En Jos Joe May Elementary School estamos orgullosos de la gran

est llevando a cabo y agradecemos el apoyo de nuestros padres y la

comunidad.

Ustedes son una parte importante de nuestra familia y

sabemos que es importante mantenerlos informados.

Queremos compartir con ustedes informacin sobre una noticia que
posiblemente pueda salir en los medios, que trata sobre cuestiones
ambientales que se identificaron durante la construccin de nuestra
escuela. El distrito ha tomado las medidas necesarias para garantizar
un ambiente de aprendizaje seguro y saludable, y seguiremos vigilando
y proporcionando informacin cuando sea necesario.
El jueves, 13 de octubre, a las 5:30 p.m., llevaremos a cabo una
junta, para proporcionarles informacin detallada y contestar cualquier
duda que puedan tener. Aprovecharemos que muchos de ustedes
estarn en la escuela para las juntas con los maestros, para reunirnos
con ustedes por algunos minutos.
