I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself on behalf of serving your good
office. I am Julita Q. Salvador, 47 years old, living at Bitas, Cabanatuan City. I
already spent 23 years on serving this good office and I am currently positioned as
Administrative Assistant IV under the Administrative Division.
The core functions of my work includes receiving of different documents from
different other offices, and thoroughly checking every papers passed unto me. I am
also assigned to forward the documents to the SP secretary and give it
subsequently to the Journal and Minutes division for calendaring. Recording of
different incoming and outgoing ordinances are also one of my tasks and
subsequently transfer it to the Records Division. I am also the keeper of the 201 files
and records of the staff and councilors. Through the years of my service, I believe I
have gained the mastery on the job that is assigned to me. I can work efficiently as
needed, and will always do my best for the sake of the office.
I am so honored to be under you administration, and Im looking forward to be part
of the successes that we will attain under your term. Thank you Sir and may you
