For Dough- 2.

5 cup Whole Flour, 1 egg, 1 tea spoon salt, 2 tea spoon sugar, 2 tea
spoon yeast, 2 table spoon powder milk, 2 table spoon vegetable oil, warm water 1
cup
For Stuffing- 1 chicken's (1.5 kg) breast piece, 1 capsicum, soyasos 2 tea spoon,
baby-corn 6 pieces, tomato 2 pieces, 3 clove garlic, onion 2 pieces, green chili 7-8
pieces, sweet and sour sauce, chicken sossage 2 pieces, Mozaella cheese 1 ball,
tasting salt, 1/2 tea spoon cardamom powder, 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon powder, 1
tea spoon Italian seasoning, 2 table spoon flour, 1 cup butter milk, butter 50 gm,
salt for taste, Paprika half tea spoon. 1/3 cup mint leaves, sesame seeds 2 tea
spoon.
"Pizza Bun"
For dough- First I have to active the yeast with half cup warm water and 2 table
spoon sugar. Then I will take whole flour, powder milk, salt , half egg, and oil for
making the dough. After activation of the yeast, I ll pour it to the dough mixer. Then
I ll have to pour warm water to the mixer until the dough becomes perfect. After
making the perfect dough, I will keep the dough in a bowl and I ll brush oil on it.
Then I will wrap the bowl face fully and keep it in a warm place near about 2 hours
for fermentation.
For stuffing- I have to make white sauce. first in a warm pan I will give 50 gm melted
butter and then I will add 2 table spoon flour. for 10 minutes i ll fry it. I will pour the
butter milk on the fried flour when the flour will be brown. then I will stir the sauce
near about 10 minutes and I will add cardamom and cinnamon powder in it.
In another pan, I will boil tomato with 2 cloves of garlic. After the boiling I ll pill of
the skin of tomato and I will blend it in the blender with the garlic. Then I will add
this mixer in the white sauce. and I ll stir the sauce in a lower heat.
Now in another pan, I ll add oil. After it gets warm, I will add chopped onion,
chopped chili and a little bit of salt. After frying it slightly, I ll add the vegetables and
sossage. After 5 minutes I will add shredded chicken (boil the chicken breast with
1.5 tea spoon of salt and 1 tea spoon of oil). then I will toss the stuffing around 10
minutes.
Next I will add this stiffing to the white sauce pan and I will add some tasting salt,
sweet and sour sauce 2 table spoon, paprika and Italian seasoning. Then I will mix
the whole stuffing in a medium heat until It becomes thick and sticky. Finally I will
add mint leaves to the thick stuffing and I will keep it out of the stove for becoming
cool.
Now I will take the dough after 2 hours and will cut it in 7-8 pieces. Then I Will take
the pieces and roll it by the roller. I can do it by stretching it by hand. Now I will put
the stuffing, pieces of mozzarella cheese in the ruti and close the face of the ruti

and then I ll give it a round shape. Then I ll keep those bun in to a Baking sheet. I ll
brush the pan with butter then I ll keep the bun on it. Now I will brush rest of the
egg over the bun and sprinkle some sesame seeds. I will keep the baking tray for
15 minutes by covering it with a wet towel. I will preheat the oven in 180 degree
Celsius. Now I will keep the tray in the oven and will bake it for 35 to 40 minutes
unless the buns get brown. Now My pizza bun is done.
