Commercial Enterprise (4,000 lines or more). Managed all aspects of customer requests including pre and post-sale
support, pricing, development prioritizations, support escalations, and third-party remanufactured materials,

Key Accomplishments:

Overachieved large enterprise market financial target by achieving $4.1M in recognized revenue; met
Volume Purchase Agreement third-party targets by providing solutions and recommendations to Partners.

Championed the development of customized, specific network solution for very unique, $6M-revenue client

Established and managed operational planning, development and implementation of SIP Application Server
platform and SIP-PBX interworking. Spearheaded the successful introduction and delivery of the A2 7.0, A2 8.0
and A2 8.0 SP1 software releases. Planned, developed and implemented GENBANDs A2 Converged Applications
Server, base platform, OAM&P, and SIP-PBX interworking. Collaborated with sales and bid management teams
with informational responses for RFQs, RFPs and RFIs; presented strategic roadmap and demonstrated
recommended solutions to Executive Leadership, Partners, and End Customers.
Key Accomplishments:

Executed the upgrade strategy and implementation, reducing the overall upgrading time of the A2
Converged Application Server by 75% while decreasing errors by projecting end user expectations.

Spearheaded the successful introduction and delivery the A2 7.0 and A2 8.0 software releases. Planned,
