Led the services, solutions integration, and implementation with Avayas legacy TDM portfolio, meeting the
comprehensive business requirements of the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian Agencies and Very Large
Commercial Enterprise (4,000 lines or more). Managed all aspects of customer requests including pre and post-sale
support, pricing, development prioritizations, support escalations, and third-party remanufactured materials,
planning and delivering requisite solutions on time and on budget.
Key Accomplishments:
Overachieved large enterprise market financial target by achieving $4.1M in recognized revenue; met
Volume Purchase Agreement third-party targets by providing solutions and recommendations to Partners.
Championed the development of customized, specific network solution for very unique, $6M-revenue client
which required schedule negotiations, implementation, and third party vendor collaborations.
Served as lead Project and Product Manager for both the new Secure Terminal product and AS 5300 License
Management web-based tool development; managing and reconciling internal project deliverables with
third-party development requirements and milestones by assuming the Project Management role.
Executed the upgrade strategy and implementation, reducing the overall upgrading time of the A2
Converged Application Server by 75% while decreasing errors by projecting end user expectations.
Identified customer improvements to billing mediation solution, resulting in both a 25% lower billing tool
cost and a 50% reduction in customer billing reformat procedures.
Initiated and implemented the introduction of SIP-PBX Trunking interface which enabled various vendors
PBX to connect, expanding the target market.

Spearheaded the successful introduction and delivery the A2 7.0 and A2 8.0 software releases. Planned,
developed and implemented Nortel's Application Server, base platform, OAM&P, and SIP-PBX
interworking.
Directed Product Marketing and Release Management teams in creating and pricing of A2E starter kit,
aimed at end-of-life platform and new small-subscriber base customers to gain customer confidence with
the new technology.
Liaised with a 3rd party vendor to resolve a critical and unique issue, resulting in a new software release
allowing customers trunking expansion, and increasing the users on their AS 5200 system by representing
and being the customer advocate.
Liaison between distribution partners and end customer, coordinating strategic plans and proposals to
include functionality, configurations and other information pertaining to Nortels Large Enterprise Project
Portfolio. Large System Solutions, Government Solutions.
Significant contributor to U.S. Senate upgrade contract in partnership with sales team, resulting in award.
Established and navigated the strategic direction and roadmap for Nortels Enterprise Portfolio.
Delivered quality analysis program for new software and hardware; directed collaboration between Product
Management, Product Development, and Product Verification to achieve customer requirements, schedules
and quality targets by collaborating and partnering with customers.
Managed resource allocation for core teams, ensuring adequate bandwidth to executive strategic plans.
