I am writing to confirm Elli Keatchs involvement in a number of AFL Victoria
programs in the past three years.
Elli has played approximately fifty games in AFL Victorias Youth Girls Under 18
Football competition for Cranbourne Football Club. She was rewarded for her
strong work ethic and leadership by being selected in multiple representative
teams and programs. She is a South Eastern competition representative team
and a two time Victorian Under 18 representative. Ellis leadership was
recognised when she was appointed captain of the 2010 Victorian team that won
the inaugural AFL Under 18 National Youth Girls Championships. Further
recognition of her potential as a community leader saw her selected in AFL
Victorias award winning Youth Girls Academy for the past two years. The
Academy program, based at the Essendon Football Club, includes monthly on
and off field development sessions that focus on the girls developing not only as
players, but as people.
Elli is well respected by both her own team mates and opposition players. She is
inclusive, encouraging, and provides great support for those she works with and
around. I have no hesitation in recommending Elli to any organisation in future
and wish her great success in her endeavours.
