Description of Teaching strategies :
Her strategy in teaching is teacher-centered. I can see in her that she
mastered the content very well and it is a big factor for the betterment of the
learning process of her students. She often calls her students, only when she asks
question or when she needs someone to solve into the board. She calls the students
who voluntarily recite. But sometimes when she notices that theyre not listening,
she also calls their attention. She also conducts graded recitation after discussing
the whole topic.
Description of Learning Activities :
Students were given set of examples to be answered into the board. The
teacher also provided seatwork and assignment for them. They also have graded
recitation after discussing the whole topic.
Description of Learnings' Participation ( proportion of learners who
participated and quality of participation)
Some of them were not active, only few who voluntarily recite.

Scribble a brief reflection of your feelings and insights from your

observation experience.

We should know how to manage our students. They need to be motivated for
them to learn more. Not only in learning, but in times of fun we should also be with
them sometimes.
