Reg: Expression of Interest for booking of a unit in your upcoming Phase 3 of project WTC
Noida at Plot No. TZ13B, Sector Tech Zone, District Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P.)

Dear Sir/Maam,

I/We hereby express my interest to book a unit ad-measuring approximately ________________ sq. ft. of
super area at your upcoming Phase 3 of the project WTC Noida situated at Plot No. TZ13B, Sector
Tech Zone, District Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P.). I further request that as and when you will launch the
aforesaid Project you should consider my expression of interest for booking of a unit and in this regard
I/We agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the launch including submission of application in
the prescribed format within 15 days of launch or such extended period as you may grant and also agree
to be bound by other terms & conditions as may be prescribed in the Application Form and/or Builder
Buyer Agreement or otherwise. In case of failure to submit the application within aforesaid period of 15
days or extended period, I forego any right or entitlement to booking of a unit in the Project and my
rights shall be limited to seeking refund of money deposited along with this Expression of Interest.
Pursuant to my expression of Interest, I/ we hereby remit a sum of Rs. ____________________________/(Rupees ______________________________________ only) by Cheque/DD/RTGS Nos._________________________________
dated_______________ in favor of WTC Noida. As and when my expression of interest is accepted towards
booking of a unit in your project, I request for adjustment of aforesaid amount towards booking amount
for the Unit. I am interested in booking of a unit in your project for Basic Sale Price (BSP) / premium at
the rate of Rs.__________________/- per sq. ft. of super area. In case of acceptance of my expression of
interest, I agree to pay all other charges, fees and taxes, etc. as will be applicable to my unit.

I/we hereby confirm that I/We have made this expression of interest on my own free will and not in
pursuance of any solicitation by you or your agent. I/We further confirm that this is only an expression
of interest and my booking of the unit is subject to the launch of the Project in compliance with the
applicable laws and on submission of application in the standard format and compliance with the terms
and conditions of the application and/or agreement. I/We have remitted the aforesaid amount to you
with the understanding that I/we can obtain refund of aforesaid amount without any interest prior to
submission of application for booking of the unit. I/we further confirm that till acceptance of my booking,
I/we shall only be entitled to refund of the aforesaid amount without any interest and shall have no
further claim or right in the project or unit or against you.
