INTRODUCTION
1.1 Introduction
Every one want to have a good life. For good life they wish to have a better
job, good salary and a better apartment or residential area for living. So our
website is related to mainly concern to it i.e property dealing website. And
the business is here in Swat (which is very peaceful, beautiful, and Tourist
attractive place). There are many places for living here in Swat but the Kanju
Township is the most neat and well organized area for better settlement in
Swat. Here at this place we have so many residential areas and many
facilities like gas, telephone, electricity water supply, masjids, hospitals,
parks, offices, shopping malls etc. In our web based application we provide
different plots and Bungalows for sale. The plots and Bungalows are in the
size of 3, 5, 7 and 10 Marlas and Kanals. We also provide the facilities of
under construction properties but our main goals here are selling of Plots and
Bungalows and we dealing in these two categories. The admin user can put
many plots, bungalows, their images also he may be able to add news
related plots and bungalows, events of the sale listed persons that how much
sale he had done and their records that he may store on the front end which
the visitors may see. The admin can also store the website visitors, total
number of plots and bungalows and also total month sale of plots and
bungalow.
The front end of the website is the visitors can choose the size of the
plots or bungalows of different sectors to buy it, he may also saw the news,
events and total plots or bungalows. Apart from this he may also cover the
services, the about us page detail (i.e introduction or we can say their
bibliography) which the owner provide to their visitors. Furthermore the
visitors can contacts with the concern team via contact us form to email him
or simply Facebook or any other social networks.

1.2 Purpose of the project

Kamalzai property dealer websites manages the plot and bungalows. Major
purposes of the application are:

First step in the app is to add plots their information for example size,
sectors, price, description, images and a caption etc this would be added to
plots lists further the admin can view, deleted and sale the plots which will
go to sale lists. The bungalows addition is also like the plots but some
features are different that is the bungalow is furnished or not, rooms and a
little descriptions of the bungalow (their specification or we can say details
like car porch, backyard, lawn and a guest house etc ). If the admin user
want to delete any record related plots or bungalows so he may easily doing
it, furthermore he may add, delete news and videos related to plots and
bungalows. The visitors can select their choices for example bungalow or
plots of different size like 3, 5, 7 and 10 marlas and kanals, so the page will
show the details regarding their needs. He may also able to see the news
and events of the plots and bungalows. There are many other facilities in the
site if he may want to see his bio data their services and then communicate
with so the visitors may easily access to the team.

1.3 Problems in the existing system

In tradition, there are no such plate form for the online business. Now there
are a lots of sites like real estates, business websites, entertainment
websites and much more. There are different websites like lamudi, olx and
many others who have governed facilities to buy plots and bungalows but
there are so many other features in it like buying other products. The exit
location and images are somehow fake because he take a snap of different
things and the real things are hide. Another issues are, if we see here in Swat
there are a lots businesses but it is limited only to Swat people, so this is our
best approach to notify people from all over the world to see the peace of the
paradise and enjoy all their lives in better settlement on easy and cheap
price of residential areas. Apart from this there are not any websites of plots
or bungalows for selling, and if available so they may be limited plots.
Likewise we can say a person may added some information about their plots
e.g. if we see in olx.com a person adding some plots photos of his own
homes and a limited info but here we may communicate with the desired
time for managing plots and bungalows only and all their descriptions.

1.4 Solution and Proposed system

To overcome all these problems an application (web based application /
software) is required that can manage the overall plots and bungalows in a
location. We know that there are lots of sites which provide facility for selling
plots and bungalows but they are not limited to one place but here we only
provide the features of real plots and bungalows in one location. The
application will behave like plate form where everyone can choose their
required specification e.g. how much size of the plots, in which sector, type
of size e.g. Marlas, Kanals (which are in square feet). The app needs to be
fast because they want information of the exact location so it will be fast.
The business will be spreading from outside the Swat and not limited to Swat
people.

1.5 Web based Application Salient Features

Kamal Zai property dealer (web based application) has many features briefly
describe below:
We provide the facility of a responsive design, it means that it may be
compatible on four devices e.g. large size compatibility property on PCs,
medium size compatibility property on laptops, small size compatibility
property on tablets or I pads and extra small size compatibility property on
mobile screens.

1.1.1 Adding plots.

The KPDS allow admin user to adding a plots and their information that are
size of the plots, size units (square feet, marlas and kanals), price of the
plots, sectors, captions, descriptions and images if available. After filling this
form it will be added to the database via submit button.

This portion provide facility to admin user if he may want to sale the added
plot or plots. The added plot was stored in a database the admin user have
the access to sale the plot if someone buy the plot so the admin user needs
to sale the plot from plot page to sale plot page.

Adding Bungalows

Adding bungalows have the same as the plot adding but there are some
fields which are different from plots. Admin user can choose different size of
bungalow e.g. 3 marlas, 1 kanal and size in square feet, sectors,
descriptions, captions, prices, related bungalow images and apart from this
he may also choose that whether the bungalow are furnished or not and also
how much rooms the bungalow have. By filling this form it will go to the
database for storing bungalow and their specifications via form submitting
on submit button.

After adding the bungalow the admin user can sale the bungalow on sale
button and further he may also delete it if he wants, this detail will be in sale
bungalow page after adding to bungalow page. So we provide better
environment to the admin user if he selling any bungalow, before this he
may view and delete bungalow from bungalow page.

Adding News

The admin user can manage news by simply filling a form which have the
some attributes or we can say fields like title of the news, descriptions, video
links, captions and images regarding news. The news can be stored in
database. For example if admin wants to sale plots or bungalows on cheap
price so he may added this to his website and also if he want to upload a
video so its very easy to manage it.

Viewing All the records

The admin user have the ability to view all the records e.g. total plots,
bungalows and news and also he may controls all these module via admin
dashboard.

1.2. Design and development of complete website

The complete website design and development features for the visitors are
given below:

1.2.1. Searching Plots

The visitors may searching a plots from three categories that is he may first
choose the sectors then size e.g. 3, 5, 7 or 10 and then unit for the size that
is square feet, marlas and kanals. After searching the result will be displaying
to their specified needs.

1.2.2. Searching Bungalows

This portion is also like a plot searching that is choosing size, sector and
units for the size. After searching all the bungalows will shows to the required
data filling further he may able to view all bungalows.

1.2.3. News and Events

The news and events come from the DB. The news are related to plots and
bungalows, while the events come from the sale list table or we can say the
events are those who bought the plots or bungalows.

This portion provide the services of the KPDS that their team workers dealing
in different plots and bungalows in Kanju Township Swat.

1.2.5. Contacts
From this contact page the clients may communicate with concern
department which is KPDS via email or any social networks e.g. Facebook,
Linked In, and Twitter etc.
