things happen and inspire others to reach their fullest potential. Each and every one of us has
special given talents. We know that strength areas are things that come easily for us, things we
do well, and things we enjoy doing. Leadership is one of mine. Without taking this passion and
using it, I am not using my talents to better my own life and the lives of others. As research,
schools, and student needs evolve, I continually commit to helping teachers get past mediocrity
and succeed in a way that best suits their talents and strengths.

I admire the way of the teachers manage the every class,

despite that the teacher handle different sections having different
attitude, changing their mood is not easy for them just to handle and
manage the students every day. Sometimes the teacher are laughing
with the students, and it is okay so that the learning of the students is
just having fun, and I found it really effective, but you dont have to
be funny all the times, so that the students will respect you as a
teacher. Their daily routine is effective but checking and giving
attention for the attendance of the students is a must so that you will
know who is really presents and absents every time in your class.

Your Analysis
In what area of classroom management was the teacher most effective? Which of the
supportive measures were effective? Why?
In Discipline area, that the teacher varies their mood so that the student did not
read their teachers attitude, but in the teaching-learning process, the teacher always have
fun. In this strategy, the teacher can caught the attention of the students to focus on the
subject matter.

In what area of classroom management was the teacher least effective? Which of the
supportive measures were not effective? Why?
In record keeping of the individual attendance. The teacher is just asks for the
number of the student presents and absents not for every individual attendance that I
observed. The attendance of the students is very significant to know, because every lesson
is very important and every student must follow the everyday lessons.

Suggest more effective ways for your answer in number 2.

Just assigned a student secretary to record who is absent or late and tell his/her to
give the record right after the class so that you can monitor the attendance of the
individual.

Your Reflections
1. Describe at least 3-5 characteristics of a teacher who can establish a well-managed
classroom?
A teacher who can establish a well-managed classroom is very active in the
classroom, approachable and analytic observer. These three main characters I think is the
best that can establish a well-managed classroom.

2. What characteristics do you have at present that can make you an effective
classroom manager? Elaborate how these characteristics can help you?

A being approachable for the students so that they can open to their problems
regarding in the schools or the subject matter, being approachable can manage a
classroom by focusing on your rules and regulations inside the classroom.

3. What characteristics do you have at present that can hamper you from becoming
an effective classroom manager? How can you overcome these characteristics?

Being strict, I cant be an anger teacher so that they can follow you in your
instructions. But to overcome this I must be practice it and first impressions last, so I will
be strict at first.

Community Assistance/Service given by the School

The school is far from the malls, parks and some commercial
