Sales Executives

Executive Housekeeper
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with at least 5
years experience in the same capacity. Highly organized, Flexible enough to adjust
to any situation, Sales orientated, Reliable, Creative, and with a passion to train.
We are looking for a full time Executive Housekeeper with 3-5 years housekeeping
experience, responsible, and with good managerial skills.
Chief Engineer
We are currently looking for a Chief Engineer, with at least 5 years hands on experience in Hotel Maintenance and Engineering work, highly organized, pro-active, and
keen on prioritizing Guest concerns.
Head ofSecurity
Executive Chef
We are looking for an Executive Chef with at least 5 years culinary work experience,
creative and passionate about his work.
Male, 30-45 years of age.
A College Graduate with a Bachelors Degree or Culinary Degree
Team Player and willing to work on flexible Schedule including Sundays
& Holidays
Experienced in both Fine dining and Banquet production, including Halal
and other dietary restrictions.
Must know Menu Engineering and Food Costing
Firm believer in the implementation of HACCP.
We are currently seeking a Head of Security with at least 5 years experience in the
same capacity coming from the Hospitality Industry
Male not less than 30 years of age
College Graduate with a Criminology degree or a strong Military
or Security background is a plus
Reliable, highly dedicated to Guest Safety and Security, unblemished Integrity.
Able to conduct in-house investigations
Ability to ensure cooperation and build support from local Government
and Law Enforcement agencies
Must have working knowledge of workplace drug addiction and eradication
Able to generate precise monitoring and attendance reports
Highly disciplined and extensive Situational Awareness. Working knowledge
of First Aid and Emergency Response, including handling and safety
of weapons and other firearms.
Able to conduct safety and proficiency training for small arms and bladed
weapons.
Finance Manager
We are currently seeking a Finance Controller, capable of setting up Financial Systems for all properties of Bravo Resorts.
A Bachelor degree holder of either Finance or Accounting
A PRC license holder as a Certified Public Accountant
At least 35-40 years old
With a minimum of 5 years experience in the Hospitality Industry
Must have working knowledge of Hotel style accountancy including
Front Office Systems. POS, payroll and Administration Systems, ARSystems,
Inventory and other systems to be implemented by the Hotel.
Must be well versed in Cost Controlling
Capable of presenting and analysing Financial reports
All candidates must have excellent People Management and Planning Skills.
Should have proficient knowledge in preparing reports using Microsoft Word, Excel,
and Power Point. They must be results-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized and willing to work extended hours. Should also possess excellent communicating skills. Pre-opening experience is a plus. All candidates must be willing to be

Housekeeping Supervisor
Male or Female not over 30 years of age, and must be at least 53 in height
College graduate with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
or any other related course.
Must have prior experience of not less than two years in a deluxe class Hotel
or triple A class resort, in the same capacity.
Must have working knowledge of housekeeping functions and duties
with actual supervisory experience.
Able and willing to train staff.
Excellent organization and communicating skills.
Must have working knowledge with Opera Hotel Management Systems
Can communicate in both English, Tagalog, and Visayan dialect.
Engineering Supervisor
Male, not over 30 years of age.
Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Electro-Mechanics.
Must have prior work experience in the same capacity in a 4 star hotel or
Triple A resort.
Must be able to extend working hours whenever needed, including
working on weekends and holidays.
Must be knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of various
hotel equipment and ensure that these are in proper working condition.
