INDICTMENT
THE GRAND JURY CHARGES THAT:
COUNT ONE
On or about February 24, 2012, in Jackson County, in the Western District of Missouri,
the defendant, KYLR C.YUST, did knowingly and intentionally possess with the intent to
distribute a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of 4-Methylethcathinone, a
Schedule I controlled substance analogue, as defined in Title 21, United States Code, Section
802(32)(A), knowing that the substance was intended for human consumption as provided in
Title 2, United States Code, Section 813, contrary to the provisions of Title 21, United States
Code, Sections 813, 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(C) and 802(32)(A).
