SUPERVISEDRELEASE

Uponreleasefromimprisonment,thedefendantshallbeonsupervisedreleaseforatermof3years.

The defendant shall report to the probation office in the district to which the defendant is released within 72 hours of
releasefromcustodyoftheBureauofPrisons.

Thedefendantshallnotcommitanotherfederal,stateorlocalcrime.

Thedefendantshallnotunlawfullypossessacontrolledsubstance.Thedefendantshallrefrainfromanyunlawfuluseofa
controlledsubstance.Thedefendantshallsubmittoonedrugtestwithin15daysofreleasefromimprisonmentandatleasttwo
periodicdrugteststhereafter,asdeterminedbythecourt.

11. The defendant shall notify the probation officer within seventytwo (72) hours of being arrested or questioned by a law
enforcementofficer;

12. Thedefendantshallnotenterintoanyagreementtoactasaninformeroraspecialagentofalawenforcementagencywithout
thepermissionofthecourt;

13. Asdirectedbytheprobationofficer,thedefendantshallnotifythirdpartiesofrisksthatmaybeoccasionedbythedefendant's
criminalrecordorpersonalhistoryorcharacteristics,andshallpermittheprobationofficertomakesuchnotificationsandto
confirmthedefendant'scompliancewithsuchnotificationrequirement.

ADDITIONALCONDITIONSOFSUPERVISEDRELEASE

Thedefendantshallalsocomplywiththefollowingadditionalconditionsofsupervisedrelease:
1. The defendant shall successfully participate in a substance abuse counseling program, which may include urinalysis, sweat
patch,orBreathalyzertesting,asapprovedbytheProbationOffice,andpayanyassociatedcostsasdirectedbytheProbation
Office.

2. Thedefendantshallsatisfyallwarrantsand/orpendingchargeswithinthefirst30daysofsupervisedrelease.

3. Thedefendantshallsubmithisperson,andanyproperty,house,residence,office,vehicle,papers,computer,otherelectronic
communicationordatastoragedevicesormediaandeffectstoasearch,conductedbyaU.S.ProbationOfficeratareasonable
timeandinareasonablemanner,baseduponreasonablesuspicionofcontrabandorevidenceofaviolationofaconditionof
release; failure to submit to a search may begrounds for revocation; thedefendant shall warn any other residents that the
premisesmaybesubjecttosearchespursuanttothiscondition.

4. IfthedefendantdoesnotearnaGEDwhileincarcerated,heshallprovidedocumentationofparticipationinGEDclasseswhile
onsupervision,andshallprovidedocumentationthathehastakentheGEDexam.

5. The defendant shall comply with the Western District of Missouri Offender Employment Guideline which may include
participationintraining,counseling,and/ordailyjobsearchingasdirectedbytheprobationofficer.Ifnotincompliancewith
theconditionofsupervisionrequiringfulltimeemploymentatalawfuloccupation,thedefendantmayberequiredtoperform
upto20hoursofcommunityserviceperweekuntilemployed,asapprovedordirectedbytheprobationofficer.

6. Thedefendantshallsuccessfullyparticipateinanymentalhealthcounselingprogram,asapprovedbytheProbationOffice,and
payanyassociatedcosts,asdirectedbytheProbationOffice.
