In the current capacity I am responsible to conduct training need analysis in coordination with Business,
designing training modules and developing materials as per the conducted TNA.
Identifies learning needs, processes, and associated skill requirements and translates into relevant
learning objectives.
Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
Work in a team to design training programs that are satisfactory to all stakeholders.
Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work
environment.
Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, session scheduling, setting up systems and
equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
