In accordance with Article ___ of the contract and in compliance with the Project
Security Program, every employee in your organization and those of your sub-contractors
and vendors requiring access to the Project site must be registered with our Security
Department and issued an Identification Badge. The intent of this program is to enforce
the following conditions:

Entrance to the Project site will be restricted to individuals legitimately requiring

access.

1.2

Access to certain areas within the site (e.g. mess halls and temporary housing)
will be further restricted and will require the identification badge.

Attached for your reference is a copy of the Instruction for Implementing Identification
Badge System for Contractor Personnel. Would you please furnish us with a list in
required detail of your personnel coming on site so that registration, picture taking, and
badge issuance can proceed for processing.

It will also be necessary that each of your vehicles be registered and assigned an
identification number so that persons entirely leaving the site may be controlled. The
methods of accomplishing this identification are outlined in the attached Vehicle
Registration Procedure. If you have vehicles that will be permanently assigned to the
Project, or that will be in and out on a regular basis, you will be required to immediately
advise the Project Manager to get the registration accomplished promptly.

A copy of the Project Safety Plan and Fire Prevention and Protection Manual is also
attached. We encourage you to incorporate the guidelines and standards shown in the
manuals in your written Safety Program ad plan your Fire Prevention and Fire Protection
accordingly. Your proposed Safety Plan and Fire Prevention commencement of work.

We caution you that in those instances where the manuals refer to Project Manager
furnished items, such items will only be available if so stated in your Contract. It is your
responsibility to conduct your operations and the prevention and protection from fire.

6.

Please expedite the submission of your written Safety Program and the plan for Fire
Prevention and Fire Protection, and the name of your qualified Safety Representative for
our approval.

7.

Finally, please find a copy of the Contractor Quality Control Program. Your written
program must establish a plan to provide sufficient inspection and testing to assure
yourself that construction complies with the contract requirements. Your proposed
program is required to be approved prior to commencement of work.
